We just picked out the mattress and box spring today so we can't really comment on much else than that but the sales person Lavita was excellent. She was polite and helpful in every way. She explained all the different details of each style she showed us and just made everything very easy for us. The store was nice and bright and clean too. Today is Friday and the delivery is Sunday. That's fast compared to some of my past experiences for sure.

If possible, I would give the people at Mattress Firm in Kokomo 10 stars. I bought a mattress and was unhappy with it. After returning to store and explaining why, I left feeling more than pleased. A replacement was delivered exactly as scheduled. I just took a quick nap and I'm very happy. I've made many, many purchases in my life and this is by far the best customer service I've ever experienced. Without reservation, I recommend Mattress Firm of Kokomo. Absolutely!!!

She was good seemed knowledgeable, but it would have been nice if she had experienced one of the mattresses in her own place, however, she was able to answer my w and address my concerns and needs.

Crystal was our salesperson. She did an outstanding job. She quickly discerned our preferences and showed us examples that matched our needs. After selecting our final choice, Crystal put together a bill, giving discounts and delivery explanation.

The staff greeted us immediately upon entering the store. She was very knowledgeable about the beds and frames. She offered a lot of information on the beds, warranty and comfort of the beds. We felt like we got a very good deal on the sale they were having. I would definitely go back again.
