“The lady (phlebotomist) who did my procedure was very kind and it was obvious she’d been doing her job for a long time. She was a huge Bobby Vinton fan and shared with me her goals for after her retirement in August. I had made an appointment and was taken back immediately. I’m not sure about some of the negative reviews because my experience was great!”

“Everyone was very nice, efficient and caring. Check in and out was quick with reception (5 stars). I do not like that they are going to check-in kiosks. Personal interaction is more beneficial when you are nervous about your procedure or when you have questions.”
