They were extremely helpful in getting me a phone and a plan at an extremely great price. And get me In-N-Out the door as fast as possible. No waste. Can your whole day no being caught up worrying about whether somebody's trying to swim? Or you were not like the lady that served me today was an absolute godsend. She was amazing and I would recommend metro PC s coconut to absolutely everybody. Go out and see them great deals on really good phones

Natalie in Kokomo Indiana store is extremely rude. Called for info on 11/12 and her nasty attitude was “I don’t have to tell you that”.
I just asked a question.
People stay away from this store on S reed road in Kokomo Indiana.
I would never use metro again. Her unprofessional behavior was uncalled for you don’t talk to customers that way. She should be fired. I had a right to nicely have my question answered on my phone call.

Yeah I took a friend out there cuz she was having problems and they they picked her up real quick and something was going on with the network and but they got it all fixed up real good and and made her satisfied

Daisy just cost Metro a 7 year customer. Phone agents lie over the phone and the clerks are crooks in the store. Metro does not work in the kokomo area going to verizion today. The lazyness at the store is deplorable
