My children went here until we moved 1 hour away in July 2022. I was being billed after we stopped attending. After contacting site director numerous times, called corporate directed back to contacting site director, she told me multiple times that it was being taken care of, now June 2023 I have the same bill sent out to a collection agency…. Affecting my credit score, AGAIN after being assured it was “taken care of” numerous times by director Jamie Sheets. If the owner could contact me that would be great.

For more than a year now I have been voicing my concerns over a child. My daughter has been hurt on so many different occasions, including a time she was kicked so hard in her stomach she threw up numerous times after. I've watched my daughter and MANY other kids be abused by the same child over and over. I've spoken with Jamie on too many occasions. I've called corporate more than 5 times. I've called Family and Social Services. Nothing is being done. Today I watched my child get hurt AGAIN, by yet the same child. I spoke with Jamie again and asked what she planned to do, her response with a slight giggle "Nothing"! Then she preceded to say "I don't think this is the right facility for you." Wow. Such unprofessionalism. My child shouldn't be the one punished my child loves to go see her teacher and her friends. She loves to play and learn. Why aren't the rules being followed by the director? I know Kindercare has rules and policies on a child that can't stop hurting other kids. My child is hurt at least a couple days a week and I'm not getting any notifications whatsoever about it. Just what my daughter tells me happens. In my personal and professional opinion Jamie needs to be let go. Let one of the good teachers in this place show what a real director can be.

Microchips in Kokomo is an amazing daycare/preschool! They go above and beyond for my son everyday. All his teachers have been amazing and have helped him grown and learn so much. My son has some health issues but they have always been understanding and communicate any needs with me. I am so glad we chose this daycare for my son!

The director and staff are amazing. They love each child as if they were their own. I love the photos I get, and more importantly I love that my child wants to go to daycare everyday. When we pick her up, she doesn't want to leave. Also, if you're reading the older reviews remember that staff and directors change over time. So their experience will -not- be yours. My daughter has been going there for almost two years, and its been amazing.

Love Microchips!! They have helped my baby excel quicker than I ever thought. She has Ms. Leann, Ms. Stacy, & Ms. Deni. She's 2 and know how to count to 10 knows her ABC's and knows 10 colors and it's all thanks to the amazing teachers at her center. I love the updates and pics I get through the day. Seeing her have fun helps me get through my day at work. Even Ms. Jamie, Kristie and Emily play with her and you can tell they all love the kids like they're their own and it's so comforting. Couldn't ask for a better village to help me raise my daughter to be the best she can be.

Best daycare in Kokomo. There's no other daycare I would've chosen for my children. Teachers are great & so is Jamie the director. I'd give 10 stars if it was possible.

Microchips is the worst daycare center. The plates and spoons the kids eat lunch with have mold on the bottom which I have pictures of! I’ve seen two dead cockroaches. The younger kids are squirt with water bottles. There was a child one day repeatedly hitting the teacher, throwing chairs, pulling kids hair ect. and when the director was told she did nothing. I had talked to multiple teachers about these issues and they said they had even talked to the director Jamie themselves and she refused to help. I will definitely be going to the board of health and anyone else I can about these terrible conditions!

I had a child doing before school care. A somewhat sterile/industrial daycare experience. Not bad not good. You do not have to worry about someone being there when you drop your kids off, but your kid will probably not know the name of anyone who works there.I would look into other local facilities. We moved to Mt. Pisgah on Sycamore and have been very happy.

First off its daycare.. chances are your kids are gonna get hit kicked bit pushed punched or something while at daycare. My youngest has had his fair share of incident reports for biting and being bit.. they're kids it's gonna happen my 5 year old got kicked in the face by another kid coming down the slide. I remember daycare when I was young and it happened there too.. the hitting kicking biting has happened in my own house.. they are children not adult they are gonna get in little fights .. I absolutely love this daycare and it's staff I will never change so if you can't handle the daycare life of kids then keep your child at home

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My daughter was biten numerous times, twice in the face, I was NEVER CALLED. I would only find out when I picked her up. There were at least 4 times with no incident report, the "teacher" once told me if she didn't cry it didn't happen. I walked in on of their teachers with a 2yr old girl by the arm threatening to tell her dad she had broken a crayon, the little girl was in tears. They were going to keep my daughter from aging out of the 2s class because and I quote "they wouldn't be able to keep track of her"...at a daycare..they have 1 job. I confronted the director many times about my concerns nothing was ever done. I could literally go on and on. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE! Especially if they are 2!
