The mechanics were very nice & seemed knowledgeable & patient ! Explains things you need to know without any problem. We had came in for a diagnostic test. & also had an oil change .

I normally don't leave reviews but this just rubbed me the wrong way today. Had an appointment for an oil change at 9am. Everything was fine until I was informed a needed a new Cabin Filter. Lady swore she ordered the filter. Mechanic came in 10 minutes later asking where it was. 30 minutes later a woman shows up with a different part for another vehicle and the Mechanic asked her where the filter was. Come to find out it was never ordered. Nobody at the desk informed me, I overheard. So it took an hour to change the Cabin Filter. The guy who was not cashing me out, just sitting waiting for a vehicle I think, did apologize and he was the ONLY one who did. I feel like since it was their mistake I should've been offered a discount for the wait of the Cabin Filter, but no! Definitely lost a customer and the ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the one man who did apologize.

This is a warning NOT to go to this shop. My car was leaking oil to the point it would not hold oil in the pill pan. Took it to this shop on the 22nd of January after auto zone recommended them. They got it on the lift and Diagnosed my car as having a “rear main seal” that had gone bad and gave me a scheduled time the following Thursday on the 30th because it was an 11 hour job. The Saturday after that Thursday I called to see how my car was coming along; the woman on the phone did not offer an apology but rather told me they had not started my car yet because they lost an employee (who turned out to be the manager I originally talked to) that it was not her fault. In hindsight, I should have taken my car that day to a dealership because it was under warranty. She told me they would have it done on Tuesday. I call late Tuesday; I was told they had a problem and it would be done Wednesday. Called late Wednesday, February 5th, was told they were putting it back together. I had to leave for work and would come get it the next day. I went to the shop at 4:45 Thursday, January 6 exactly two weeks later to get the car. They told me they were waiting on a part that they had started it, and it was “F-ing” loud; a part crumbled when they took it apart. I went back an hour later because I had returned the rental I had had for two weeks. When I got in the car, the steering wheel, the door handle and the gearshift were gritty due to being covered in oil. I got exactly two blocks away when the transmission was slipping out of second gear and again when I went to a red light. I turned around and went back. The mechanic took it for a spin. They had forgot to fill the transmission fluid after dropping it to get to the part they hopefully fixed. Instead of taking responsibility the women at the front desk told me there is not a dipstick it was internal and they didn’t know. left with car again and got across town hearing a flapping noise near the front passenger tire. After stopping four times to look myself, I asked a stranger who told me the tire’s interior wheel wall was not secured. I drove back across town to the auto part store who put two missing screws and a push plug in for me. At this point I’m almost 3 hours late for work. This was nothing short of a Circus show. Bad customer service and a sloppy mechanic. I’m just hoping the really fixed this $1800 problem. Fingers crossed.

teerible customer service left wheel well unclipped to vehicle and forgot to add transmission fluid. also never kept in contact while i waited for them to work on my vehicle over two weeks of them having my car just for it to still need fixed worst experience ever they refuse to make it right either.

I've always gone to Midas kokomo. I've never had one issue. I also want to give a shout out to the new lady there she's the one who serviced my truck thank you. You all are doing a great job to me always friendly and never pushy thanks.

If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! I was traveling through Kokomo when my front tire started making a horrible noise.. sure enough it was a wheel bearing. Not only did they fit me in the schedule but they stayed late to fix it!!!! I could not be more grateful!! They were so kind even as I was sobbing with gratitude!!!

I’ve been going to Midas for quite some time now and have yet to be disappointed. I have had my entire under replaced (struts, links, bars, bushings etc), radiator and battery. Appointments are easy to schedule and often times, I have been able to get same day service. I feel the prices are reasonable for the work done as well. I would recommend Midas to anyone seeking work done.

I went in for a throttle body cleanout and for them to test my battery, alternator and starter. Everything checked out and they said if I had issues still to come back. I made it not even a half mile and my throttle light came on and my car started shaking. I went back and explained the problem and they took another look. They found out the problem and said they could get me back in without another appointment. Jon ordered the part needed from across town and had it shipped immediately. I am grateful they were able to fix my car. Jon is knowledgeable and was very honest. The price was fair. I would recommend Midas to anyone needing work done.

They were very nice and friendly answered all my questions and explained it in a way I could understand. Also gave me options instead of trying to get the most money out of me. (Picked the more expensive option but was nice to have options)

This was one of the best experiences at a shop I have ever had. John took such good care of my car, I broke down 50 miles from home and knew no one in Kokomo. I moved to Kokomo at the end of the year and this will be the only shop I use!
