I'll start by saying that the first half of the visit went really well until we were seen by the NP. The nurse that did our intake was super personable and professional. After you see the nurse you are seated back in the waiting area to wait for the provider to call you back. The provider came out and told another patient he could not be seen as they already had 36 on the books for today. This set the tone for our appointment as I felt very rushed, dismissed, and unheard during the visit for my daughter. The NP didn't even tell us that she sent a script for my child. This script was sent for a medication that we already discussed, that I already had at home, and had already not been working. It's unfortunate because we had previously had really good experiences here in the past, but this was the first time seeing this particular NP.

My husband and I returned from vacation ill. I barely had the energy to move. We walked in and were immediately told that they were booked with appointments for the day. Having already gone to another urgent care and getting told the same thing, we went to the ER. (It was a Sunday, and I needed a Dr's note to miss work the next day.) Turns out that I tested positive for COVID that was so bad that I missed a week and a half of work. Thanks, Urgent Care places, for forcing us to go to the ER and rack up bills totalling over $2,000.00!

They make you put your personal info into their computer and at the end, they say there are no appts. available. Should say that at the beginning. They don't need my info if they are not going to see me.

My appointment was cancelled after I had already checked in and was sitting in the waiting room with no explanation.

Horrible communication with the front desk girls. Very slow and have no urgency to get people checked in. Crazy how this is the only WALK-IN clinic in Kokomo that has a population over 50k.

Most incompetent and rude place I have ever been. Called told me my script was ready and had me make 2 trips in to not have it ready and ask me to come again that night. When I expressed my frustration I was told they will then “refused to fill my script” shut the drive up window and refused to come back. This place has also more than once filled my scripts w the wrong medication.

Brought both of my kids here when they had ear infections. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were very professional, kind and treated my kids really well. We are in and out within 15 minutes. Very happy and we'll be back!

This place has the absolute worst customer service. They are so demeaning in the way they speak to you even if you are friendly to them. Shame on you. I have never walked in and met someone with an even cordial attitude. Looking to switch pharmacies simply because they can ALWAYS put me in a bad mood after seeing/speaking to them

Last Friday (Nov 19, 2021), I needed to pick up several prescriptions for my husband. I am not a regular pharmacy customer, but the care I received was exceptional. Dominique worked with me on one of the prescription prices. It was very high and husband does not have prescription insurance. She went way beyond normal to find a cheaper price. And, found a coupon to further lower the price. Exceptional customer service from a very nice woman. I couldn't have been happier.

I have been so sick. I finally went to the doctor and got several scripts. I was told it would be an hour. No problem. I waited in the car and slept. An hour later-I go to pick up my meds. Unfortunately, one of the meds was out of stock. It was the steroid I needed to help my lungs and oxygen levels. The cashier checking me out apologized and told me to go to the next window and the tech at that window could look up another local CVS. I do as asked. That tech was one of the most hateful and rudest individuals I have EVER encountered. It was obvious I didn’t feel well as I could barely talk. After she said-“can’t help you lady-move on”, I repeated that the cashier sent me to her and said she could look up another CVS. She literally said-“no other CVS is open”. (Total lie-I looked up the others in town!). It was evident she wasn’t going to help. At this point I just wanted my script. I was given multiple scripts and I asked if she could atleast tell me then the name of script they were unable to fill. She literally started screaming at me saying-“I don’t know lady-I didn’t see your order.” I held back the tears and quietly said, “Can you please call Walgreens then so they can fill it”. My mouth fell open when she said-“no-not my problem-they can call us.” Look-I get it. In your line of work-I’m sure people are hateful to you-Especially in this time of the pandemic. But guess what-I work in a line of work that too has been mistreated during Covid. I surely don’t scream at my at students because one student is acting up. And-I surely don’t scream at the parents of my students because one was a j**** Thanks lady for making me sob when I already didn’t feel well. I wasn’t rude to you. In fact-I felt so bad-my voice was overly quiet. Had I had the energy-you would have gotten a piece of my mind! And-to the pharmacist that just stood and watched the entire interaction-SHAME on you for not stepping in and taking care of the client and patient. To the sweet HS girl that was the cashier who did see how upset I was and did attempt to help me-thank you. Sweetie-please go across the street to Walgreens where I will forever be going as well. I’m quite sure if that Tech speaks to clients like that-you also get mistreated. Go to Walgreens. They will employ you and you will be treated much better I’m sure! I will NEVER walk in that store-ever again.
