the guys in here are just plain rude. been in here many times and they've never once been in a good mood when i'm in there, they're always short with me and never wanting to help. autozone next door the guys will go look for whatever it is you need, here at oreilly's they're just like "yeah whatever we might have it you can look down this aisle" and go back to whatever they were doing.

Never been to much of a fan only because mostly they act better than you and seem to think that everyone is there to steal something. They do have a more comprehensive scan tool then AutoZone next door, and i do believe it's more accurate as far as diagnostic goes. Maybe a little more training on the tool for them would make my time more valuable for me also. Another thing also, they've never sold me incorrect parts unlike they're competitors.
