I have been a long time customer with this place and I absolutely love it. And I 100% recommend them to anyone who asks where they can find a good storage place. Ms Kim is such an amazing woman she has put my mind at ease on a few occasions where I was short on money and stressed out about it. I will continue to brag about her to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much Ms Kim for helping me for these past 6 1/2 years.

Exactly what we needed! Was forced to call for a last minute accommodation, and the owners were extremely kind and helpful. Units, gate code, everything were very nice and worked as needed. Would recommend to anyone who needs a great place to store something.

Pack rat storage is a great place to rent a storage unit they treat you like family and Kim is a great person. I would recommend Pack rat storage to anyone who needs a storage unit. Kim helped me out when I needed a storage unit fast.

I would recommend this storage to everyone! I absolutely love Kim, she is the sweetest individual and takes care of her customers. I am no longer in need of a unit but if I ever need one again, I wouldn’t think twice about where to go!
