Worth the wait to get in! Great, respectful customer service, Mike explained everything in depth and made sure I understood as well. They repaired my car in a timely manner and even had my interior looking 10x better than how I had dropped it off!! I will definitely be recommending Padfield’s to anyone who needs work done and they’ll be my first call in the future!

Ok so had a small accident with my 2014 ford explorer the front passenger door.padfield was number 1 with state farm insurance. So they set up the appointment and padfield took care of everything thier work is of the highest professional work I had ever experienced great job guys I'm very impressed with everything as I'm sure if you chose padfield to do your auto body repair you'll be impressed as well

I only went to Padfield's for an estimate so far but I was met by Mike with kindness and a great explanation for the cost and labor involved with my auto-body repair need. He even went so far as to recommend John Hall for mechanical work after I had told him my family was newer to the area. He truly seemed to want to help and make sure I got quality service.

They managed to fix what another body shop failed to repair six times on the first try. They do great work and are clearly more skilled than others. I would highly recommend them.
