“Been going here since the south end Kokomo Marsh store closed. Used Marsh Pharmacy forever because it was small and personable and provided great service. Kokomo meijer pharmacy, for the most part, provides the same great service I got at that Marsh pharmacy. You cant blame them for every problem that comes up. They're the middle man, between the doctor and our crappy insurance companies. Learn their hours and be proactive about getting your stuff filled timely.”

“This CVS stands out from their sister stores with a kind yet professional staff and a pharmacy manager who seems to both like his job and his patients. As a former Walgreens Pharmacy Technician I heard my fair share of complaints about CVS pharmacies during my 14+ years. After retiring & going on my husband's insurance we were required to fill with CVS. The only 1 option, of the 3 in Kokomo was CVS inside Target. Not at all convenient as Im not a Target shopper but the other 2 were just not an option due to very negative comments from former patients of theirs. CVS employees at Target are so kind, professional and very helpful. We've had not one issue of rudeness or an unwillingness to answer questions.”

“The Sam's Club in Kokomo is a great place to shop. I have always had positive interactions with staff. They keep most items very well stocked, have a great variety of fresh produce and meat, and have great deals. I also get fuel at their gas station, and their prices are always the best in town for fuel.
You do have to already have or purchase a membership card to shop at Sam's Club.”
“Because it is my nature to make everything difficult I definitely did with my grocery pick up today and the guy who shopped my groceries for me was so accommodating. “The staff and pharmacist are wonderful. It does take a while to move through the drive through. This is, in part, due to high level of customer service. They answer all your queastions, ensure you understand costs of and interactions with other meds, and that your insurance is covering. Knowing this, I usually just go inside for my prescription picks ups. I do miss Vera!”
“Omg, what planet am I on right now, okay this pharmacy is freaking awesome, I kid you not. I normally go to peru but the close ultra early...( dont get me started) they need lessons from this pharmacy I walked in at 9:09pm needing 2 prescriptions filled , out of the store at 9:17pm both meds filed
( non narcotic) normally I have arm wrestle, ( let them win) ..
( do 3 laps around the building,)..
( and promise to name my first great grandchild after at lest one pharmacy tech in peru..after they draw straws, and that's no guarantee its gonna happen...Matter fact I'm still waiting om cold sore medication to be filled from 2025.. not kidding...
These techs are some type of hybrid or something, ..im very u guys deserve a rasise And paid vacation.

“At this Kroger, I’ve always been treated with respect. When I receive text messages that my medications are filled, they’re ready when I show up. As long as I pay attention to my refills and communicate when a prescription is urgent, I never go without my medication. Overall, in my experience, Kroger is one of the better pharmacies in town.
As a former tech, I know that literally all pharmacies have long wait times, weird hours, and issues with prescriptions not being ready. They’re all understaffed, underpaid, and have limited resources. It’s an industry issue, not a company issue.
Also, every single person thinks their medication is the most important; how can everyone be top priority with hundreds of prescriptions?
It’s just entitled to show up as any business is closing and expect them to stay open just for you, especially one that is at high risk of robbery (like multiple pharmacies in Kokomo).
These are people, not machines. Realistic expectations and personal responsibility can go a long way.”

“I have been going to the CVS pharmacy on Sycamore & Dixon at least once a month for more than 5 years, and it's the best pharmacy I've ever used. Most of the people who work there know me by name, and the staff is very friendly & accommodating even though they are literally always busy/always packed which can cause the workers a lot of stress/anxiety/frustration. They fill my medications with hardly any issues, and when there is an issue they work with me to resolve it as quickly as possible. It also seems like they fill my prescriptions as soon as they get them and/or as soon as they are due, which is pretty remarkable considering the sheer volume of medications they fill in a single day. I will gladly wait my turn or wait in a long line for the wonderful service this CVS provides, and I thank everyone who works there for the amazing job they do! I don't think I'll ever switch to a different pharmacy!
Quick edit here, all these bad reviews for the lines & you guys being busy, ridiculous.. All the reviews complaining about things completely outside of your control absurd, and these people need to get themselves all the way together.”
“KAI in Pharmacy was very sweet, and maintained a cool demeanor. She went above and beyond for me unlike some other people back there. You can learn a few things from her instead of just shutting everything down. This 5 star is because of her and only her willingness to help a Veteran in pain. She's young but she will make it far. Thank You Kai. Customers just want to feel like you're trying, and she definitely did. Your parents should be proud.”

“Stopped by the Sam’s Club gas station in Kokomo, and the biggest win here is the price with consistently some of the cheapest gas in the area. The app payment feature is also a great touch, making the whole process fast and convenient once you get the hang of it. The downside is the layout. The lanes to fuel up feel disorganized with no clear lining, so cars end up coming in from different directions, creating a bit of a chaotic flow. Once you’re actually at the pump, things move quickly, but getting into position can be frustrating. Also, there’s no restroom available on-site, which isn’t ideal for longer stops. Despite the messy layout, the savings and app convenience make it a worthwhile stop.
