“I agree that the pharmacy should have better hours but that's on mejier, not the pharmacy staff. I will continue to go here because the service I receive is unparalleled to any other pharmacy in town. The Kokomo team is super helpful and they actually seem to care about their customers. I didn't realize how much customer service makes a difference until I came to this pharmacy.. I hope mejier treats them well cuz they're the reason I go there”
“I had my husband's doctor call in some cough medicine to our regular pharmacy. The pharmacy tech there called me and said that the only place in town that had the strong medicine was Herbst. Herbst had his script ready very quickly. They all were friendly and very helpful. Thank you Herbst for being a pharmacy who cares.”
“I am very happy with the CVS at Target in Kokomo and I would Recommend them to others including my family. They are always very helpful and willing to answer any questions I have concerning my medications. They always ask if iam running out of refills if I want them to contact my physician for refills. And they are very upfront about the cost of a new prescription so I can contact my physician if the medication is to expensive and need something different and cheaper.”

“The Sam's Club in Kokomo is a great place to shop. I have always had positive interactions with staff. They keep most items very well stocked, have a great variety of fresh produce and meat, and have great deals. I also get fuel at their gas station, and their prices are always the best in town for fuel.
You do have to already have or purchase a membership card to shop at Sam's Club.”

“It’s getting more and more difficult for Insurance to give approval for insulin. They make me jump through hoops every month. At this, Walgreens, the technicians and pharmacist know the issues and provide service on an above.”
“I've been shopping at Krogers for years and I still believe that it is the best place to get groceries and the prices are reasonably priced and the produce is some of the best around. Also it's a great place to get fuel weather it's gas or diesel.”
“I am a frequent customer of the LaFountain/Southway location. This location consistently maintains a high volume of customers no matter the time of day. I had the most pleasant experience with a pharmacy tech, Asya, who remains kind and provides excellent service despite the busy demands of customer volume. She went the extra mile to help me fill my prescription- something she didn’t necessarily have to do.”

“The staff and pharmacist are wonderful. It does take a while to move through the drive through. This is, in part, due to high level of customer service. They answer all your queastions, ensure you understand costs of and interactions with other meds, and that your insurance is covering. Knowing this, I usually just go inside for my prescription picks ups. I do miss Vera!”
“Omg, what planet am I on right now, okay this pharmacy is freaking awesome, I kid you not. I normally go to peru but the close ultra early...( dont get me started) they need lessons from this pharmacy I walked in at 9:09pm needing 2 prescriptions filled , out of the store at 9:17pm both meds filed
( non narcotic) normally I have arm wrestle, ( let them win) ..
( do 3 laps around the building,)..
( and promise to name my first great grandchild after at lest one pharmacy tech in peru..after they draw straws, and that's no guarantee its gonna happen...Matter fact I'm still waiting om cold sore medication to be filled from 2025.. not kidding...
These techs are some type of hybrid or something, ..im very u guys deserve a rasise And paid vacation.

“At this Kroger, I’ve always been treated with respect. When I receive text messages that my medications are filled, they’re ready when I show up. As long as I pay attention to my refills and communicate when a prescription is urgent, I never go without my medication. Overall, in my experience, Kroger is one of the better pharmacies in town.
As a former tech, I know that literally all pharmacies have long wait times, weird hours, and issues with prescriptions not being ready. They’re all understaffed, underpaid, and have limited resources. It’s an industry issue, not a company issue.
Also, every single person thinks their medication is the most important; how can everyone be top priority with hundreds of prescriptions?
It’s just entitled to show up as any business is closing and expect them to stay open just for you, especially one that is at high risk of robbery (like multiple pharmacies in Kokomo).
These are people, not machines. Realistic expectations and personal responsibility can go a long way.”
“KAI in Pharmacy was very sweet, and maintained a cool demeanor. She went above and beyond for me unlike some other people back there. You can learn a few things from her instead of just shutting everything down. This 5 star is because of her and only her willingness to help a Veteran in pain. She's young but she will make it far. Thank You Kai. Customers just want to feel like you're trying, and she definitely did. Your parents should be proud.”

“I love CVS it's in my neighborhood and my place to go shopping and saving. I'm always excited to see what they have in the save on it thanks to my rewards membership and it's great coupons and my insurance benefit card I can use there to double up on my savings. I choose CVS for my pharmacy means and I'm never disappointed they're there with information and their popular. Others are there in front of me when I walk in the door but even though I don't see a zipline I zip through their line. I get professional courteous service at their pharmacy and throughout the store I'm happy to say. I get CVS coupons when I check out at the pharmacy and when I check out up front I'm always planning my next visit and what I'm going to buy from those great coupons They have saved me immensely. I shop at CVS before I go to other stores because I know I'm likely to find things I see advertised on the internet there whereas other stores haven't jumped on that idea. I have found and been able to try over the counter supplements that I see advertised and also recently Focus Gum an inexpensive packets. I tried it it works and just like CVS it's now part of my life. CVS coupons have saved me on all my essentials from makeup to oral Care the feminine products the hair color razors to greeting cards. I was happy to find in the refrigerator area the Poppi drinks I love. So I'm very happy with whoever at CVS corporate chooses the selection of products on their shelves They are on top of it. I appreciate that they have newspapers available as I walk in the door I was able to get a copy of the USA today yesterday when I shopped on top of finding great items. I enjoy all their staff they always seem to select the sweetest people to work and very helpful and when I checked out yesterday there was a new face at the cash register and he seem like a jolly little elf very welcoming. So thank you CVS.”
