I had the most pleasant experience with a pharmacy tech, Asya, who remains kind and provides excellent service despite the busy demands of customer volume. She went the extra mile to help me fill my prescription- something she didn’t necessarily have to do.”
“I love the Maplecrest Kroger, though I wish they had fresh sushi (or evergreen frozen) like the one on Dixon. Kroger always has very nice produce with interesting, exotic fruits and vegetables to choose from, depending on season. The foods from both the deli and bakery are very fresh, as are the meat and seafood departments. There is a wide variety of foods to choose from from many cultures and special dietary needs. I will personally only shop for groceries and pet supplies at Krogers.I do feel they need more registers open, especially on Sundays and around holidays.The pharmacy is short-staffed, but they manage to have my scripts ready on time. They have never ran out of pain medications, either, which seems to be a big problem with other pharmacies around town.”

“I really like the Walmart pharmacy. They are always fast and friendly. They still bring your medication out to you, if needed. But, I noticed that Walmart took down the clear window barriers to protect the pharmacy workers from COVID or any other air borne disease. Just getting over covid myself, I wear a N95 everywhere. No exceptions. I'm still dealing with residual symptoms and wouldn't wish it on anyone. I hope the staff decides to wear N95 now, but I haven't seen that yet.”

“I just have to say how impressed with I am with this pharmacy! I’m not sure if there are multiple guy pharmacists at this Walgreens but the last two times I talked to him he has been so helpful. 1st time was when my son was having very bad asthma and the doctor called in an inhaler a half hour before closing time. I called him and asked if it could be ready but I wouldn’t be there 5 min till close because of how far away I lived. He was very nice and got the inhaler ready for us in which I was so thankful because it saved us a hospital trip... I know what it’s like busting your butt all day and just wanting to get home so thank you so much! 2nd time is when I called in about my daughter’s Gabapentin for a refill but they were having issue’s because her med wasn’t updated with insurance. I explained to him that she really needed it because she had one dose left and we had to leave for Cincinnati in an hour… He called me back within 20 minutes to a half hour and the prescription was ready! I am so thankful for him and this pharmacy because with my daughters and sons medical conditions it’s nice to have a pharmacy that actually cares unlike other ones that we have dealt with in the past. Thank you for being so amazing and taking the time to care for all of us crazy patients. Lol”

“Not a lot to compare Sams Club to. I have had my membership for several years and shop there about every two weeks. I like having the opportunity to start shopping early but that has been taken away since the Demo-virus began. They are real good about rotating seasonal items one the main floor. I just bought two camping chairs and really pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the chairs. I really like their MasterCard. I use it all the time and look forward to the two ways for cash back. It comes in handy when paying for the next year's dues.”

“I used to go to the CVS on Markland, and I never experienced good customer service/communication. They would text me that my Rx is ready, I’d get there, they’d tell me they had no trace of that medication coming in. This has been 6 days now I’ve been fighting with them for my son’s antibiotic. I switched to this CVS because it’s closer to my home, and let me tell you, Angie is an absolute angel! She went above and beyond to get to the root of our medication problem. We requested some over the counter medicine and she gave us several options to choose from. Not to mention, she was HILARIOUS. She made the dreaded “pick up your prescription” trip actually fun. Thank you Angie! You are awesome!!!”

“The whole CVS company sucks. It gets one star. However, I think the employees at this location work hard and try to do their best to help the community. So, I'll give it 4 stars. Now, if your app shows that a successful prescription transfer worked, then, six hours later, I get an email that says there's a debacle and tells me to call the local pharmacy and provides the phone number and I call... don't tell me "you don't know nuthin" and to call the number on the email. That's your number! Then, don't blame it on another pharmacy that had absolutely nothing to do with the 100% all CVS app feature. It is your company that can't get it right! After deflecting all the blame, you could've tried asking what I needed to transfer while you had me on the phone. But instead, you wanted me off that phone immediately. I would hate to work for your company and get the customer flack from the app and website debacles. But, I would at least take the extra time and patience to help when though I'm tired of it all.”
