This is the worst bank I have ever experienced, they keep asking for paper work for me to access my inheritance, even tho the manager said that in 2 days all I need to do is come in and they will have the check ready, just for it to be 6 days later and they ask for more paper work, even tho I have a court order stating I can have access

Lack of tellers! I typically wait 20 minutes for routine service! Weekly check deposits for our HOA. Have waited 30-40 minutes several times. This occurred after the downtown branch was closed last March. All business in south branch now, BUT NO increase in south branch tellers!!! Typically only 2 tellers for both walk-in & drive-thru! They NEED lunch time tellers to cover when others are gone! There needs to be all 4 teller positions filled all day! Today, 2 people walked out, rather than wait. I want to move our HOA checking to another bank that WANTS to do business!

This is BS. South branch. 10 "customers" in line. 2 tellers. Then, one goes on break.
1 teller, also trying to answer the phone.

I went to make a deposit after hours on a Saturday because I had to work and the parking lot had been resurfaced and was roped off. I understand that maintenance needs to be done from time to time but limiting access for the whole weekend? This meant that there was no access to any ATM in this town in order to do business. I went back on Sunday and the barricade was still there. I needed to deposit the money because I had bills on auto pay that were coming out. Also, since this is the only branch in town now they need to step up the amount of tellers because wait times are crazy! Considering banking elsewhere.

The southway branch is horrible! They have a teller just sitting there not helping us. Takes forever to even be helped inside or outside!

For being the only PNC location in Kokomo, ATM hasn't worked for over a week and still doesn't work, unfriendly employees, wait is awful. I feel sorry for the manager.

They closed down a branch and then when you go into Southway branch they only have one teller. There are 7 people in line. So far I have been here 30 minutes and 4 people have walked out. Time to find a new bank. Have one teller sitting there not helping customers at all.

Don't honor promotions, you're waiting a month for your debit or credit card and charge unreal high monthly fees. By far my worst banking experience so far. I hope this joke of an establishment goes out of business.

The associates are friendly & helpful even tho they seem to have new employees all the time. App leaves a lot to be desired compared to other banks. Only 1 branch in town creating extra long wait times if needed during peak hours.
