By FAR the best customer service I've ever experienced from a mechanic. They made every step as painless as it could be and are incredibly transparent. There were a few hidden issues with my car, but they would add photos of each finding to their online system and explain to me how it works. Then the work is ranked by priority so its very clear what is needed vs what isn't. Really the best experience you could have with a shop.

Great service and repair. All the staffs here were friendly and kind. They also offer shuttle service if you live in Kokomo, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

Took my truck in to have it inspected. It had a little over $2000 worth of work they said needed to be done. Paid the $75 they have it inspected took it to my regular garage found that it only needed $1000 worth of work that needed to be done. It just seemed like there was just something not quite right with their inspection so I took it to my regular garage, which I should’ve done in the first place.

Best auto repair shop I have found in or around Kokomo. You feel welcomed from the time you walk through the door. They took care of my vehicle the same day I went in. They even made arrangements to get me home while my car was being worked on. I will take my vehicle here every time I have an issue.

Took our sons car in for brake repair. They took pictures of everything and Erik kept us updated on what they were doing. Great customer service, they did a great job on his car. The price was good too.
Definitely recommend Noble Mechanic to have your vehicle worked on. You can't find very many places anymore that work on older cars and a place you can trust. We are glad we found Noble Mechanic.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this mechanic to proceed with caution.
They use a computer system to determine how many hours to charge you for work not actually charging you the time it takes them to perform the work.
They quoted me $10000+
They quoted my warranty company $5000+
Can't tell me where the other money comes from but tried to blame the warranty company, not wanting to pay for parts as the excuse....when really it was them overcharging labor hours needed being greedy. They were trying to charge for a cam shaft replacement when they were performing lifter repairs. The other code pays higher from warranty companies.
I was misled and they caused me an incredible amount of unnecessary stress and financial headache. When my vehicle required warranty work, they attempted to inflate labor hours and part prices, quoting nearly 30% more on parts and charging for an additional 14 hours of labor beyond what the job actually required.
It appears they may be coordinating with aftermarket warranty companies and parts suppliers to overcharge consumers on quotes to maximize reimbursements paid out by warranty companies— a practice disturbingly similar to inflated billing schemes seen in the healthcare industry.
Consumers shouldn’t have to be experts in labor guides or parts pricing to avoid being taken advantage of. This kind of behavior erodes trust and gives the entire industry a bad name.
I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General’s Office so that other consumers are protected from these kinds of unethical practices.
Shame on them for calling themselves “Noble.”

Got advised to have brake work from my dealership at a routine oil change and the quote was VERY high. I did a search and saw that The Noble Mechanic had good reviews and was close to home. NM did a great job replacing brake pads and rotors, suggested a needed alignment and did an oil change all less than the quote from the dealership. The office was clean, staff were friendly on the phone and in person. I appreciated being updated by staff on the progress. The job took a little longer than anticipated and they offered me a loaner car which was not needed but appreciated. Great experience overall. Highly recommended.
