I've had an account 14-15 years 3-4 years ago when they opened new branch this became worst bank in world I'm going to cancel my account asap but they don't pick up phone they are stupid and can not do there job but surely can take your money in fees I had to argue back and forth for 6 months trying to get bill pay set up each month they assure me it's set up correctly if you have an account here good luck especially if you doing over 50k in transactions a year!

Great staff, very communicative, and helpful! I recently took out a home mortgage loan through Solidarity for my very first home, and the team who helped me made this process very pleasant, and a lot less stressful. Kathleen the lender I worked with was amazing. She was great at explaining things I didn't understand as a first time home buyer, always there to answer my calls or quick to get back to me, and very patient and understanding. Everyone I worked with from start to finish was very kind and professional. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I love the staff always so welcoming and friendly!! Carrie the first teller when u walk in is freaking Awesome!! She makes life SOOO EAST WHEY U ARE DOING MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS FROM SISTER BRANCH. I tell u the last thing u want to do is feel out all those slips and DL numbers... a few other make it easy but I'm use to Carrie she is my fav. I don't like when I forget amd come before she is off break. Lol I live this credit union. Clean and very great staff

There are a couple of staff members who are very nice but overall as a bank, extremely poor. I have asked for multiple meetings with people to figure out some account issues and they wont do it. Its like upper management is too good to talk to their customers.

I have a business checking and personal savings here and have never had a problem with the staff. They always treat you well! Eventually, start to recognize who you are too.

Notice how on almost every review someone replies asking for you to email them so they can help? They don't email back. The responses to customers on here are simply for other people to think that solidarity cares but in reality, they are just doing it for show.

Seeing the 3.2 star review status tells me I'm not the only annoyed customer. Been banking with them for 20 years. They built a brand new branch, started charging six dollar fees if you don't keep a certain amount in the account and 32 dollar overdraft fees. You join a credit union to skip silly fees and lousy service. Solidarity started out great, but the current board needs to think long and hard. New branches, New ATM's (second time), fees...on and on. This is a bank posing as a credit union and based on the total review, I'm not the only one. Now to get out...

UPDATE- To even close an account, you have to show up in person, send a 'snail mail' per the teller, or send a secured message. The 'owner' didn't even bother responding to my email. Once again....awful bank.This bank is awful. I'm trying to pay off my car loan, and there is a $7.50 to pay through the automated system, $19.00 fee to pay over the phone during business hours, a $5000 per day payoff limit (to rack up the fees!), and when you try to pay it off, the account gets flagged by Transcheck so that you are unable to pay it off (thus trapping you with this terrible bank.)

Closed on a house with Kathleen about a month ago. Kathleen and Kaylee both did an awesome job making it a seemless process. I never even had to step foot in the bank. Quick response time and always clear/concise communication. Offering the lowest rates in town is always nice, too ;)

The overdraft situation is terrible! They take money from people who don’t even have money! I’m starting to see other banks get rid of the overdraft fees too! They should! My husband and I are going elsewhere to do our banking. There’s really no benefits here for us other than losing money
