I arrived on time for my appointment, which I scheduled an hour in advance. My name was listed as “On Deck,” yet someone else was taken before me without any explanation. After waiting with no update, I got frustrated and left. This was a complete waste of my time. If this is how you manage appointments, you really shouldn’t be accepting reservations. I won’t be returning.

I always have great results from all the stylists at this location. My most recent visit with Lauryn was another awesome experience! She's professional, honest, kind, and isn't afraid to have a conversation with you. I have a similar experience with each stylist I visit here, but I wanted to make sure to give Lauryn praise for her great work since the survey was a little different than the normal; I didn't get the chance to provide proper feedback with my visit yesterday.
I highly recommend Lauryn and anyone at this location!

Not sure why he first asked what I wanted done. My only request: leave the existing 1.5 inches on the sides. Huh. Clippers must have slipped - twice. Does this look like 1.5 inches to you? Suggest less time upselling and more time listening.
