I'm not sure if you are short staffed but waiting times seem to be at minimal 20 minutes or more. Otherwise I like to give 5 stars. Customer service is still the greatest and the tellers are phenomenal!!

In the process of purchasing a home, we got all of the documentation needed for our lender. The customer service at Star is incredible! Star's staff are willing, capable, and friendly. All of our experiences have been positive and we've been well taken care of.
