Went here yesterday for 1st time with my 16 year old and my 4 year old. #1 our nails look amazing. They took thier time with us, did not rush us. My 4 yr old is a busy body, they were super nice and allowed her to be a kid and had amazing patience. Their pricing is OUTSTANDING. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK. THIS IS NOW MY NEW NAIL.SALON .

DOUBLE NEGITIVE --110% DISSATISFACTION RATING!!!
Ladies go ANY ANY ANYWHERE other than Star Nail if you want a pedicure that looks good, from respectful employees that are professional with exceptional skills, on time appointments & upfront accurate pricing.
My SCHEDULED appointment was at 2:15pm, I arrived at 2:07pm & was told I was LATE & had to wait 30 minutes (that turned into 45 minutes) because of MY tardiness for an appointment THEY incorrectly documented.
The tech was RUDE & lacked SKILL.
30 minutes later: after asking my nail tech 3 different times to address certain problem areas on my feet (which he said he had & did NOT), I walked out with the same dry patches on the bottom & sides of my feet that caught on my socks when I pulled them on, 1 ingrown toenail left unattended & the same dirt spots on the bottom of my feet where he had not touched that spot at all. However, he did leave behind newly crooked cut nails, 2 new cuts in my skin from the techs lack of skill cutting toe nails & was charged more than the price quoted.
Overall: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Just had another great experience at Star Nails!! Jennifer did my mani and pedi, and gave me exactly what I wanted! She also gives the best leg massages

these are single handedly the ugliest set of nails i have ever seen in my life. the design was suppose to be flames. when i asked for them to be sharper (the design) it just kept getting worse. & there is no shape what so ever to my index finger. they are fine to go to for a simple polish with acrylic. natural nail and design is a huge no go.

They did a great job!! Took their time scrubbing my feet, which needed some TLC. Nails came out amazing!!! Shape and quality both can easily compete with my favorite NY tech!! Best in kokomo by far!

Cut my nails too short and irregular.Color they used was not the color I chose.Nail tech couldn’t speak English and she did a poor job.
