Not by choice leaving a star at all. Negative 10 stars! I am a professional businesswoman traveling in a company car. I handwash my car once a week when i am not traveling. 1-2x per week as I travel up to 6000+ miles a month. I washed my car at Josh's and it left an oil film on my car. I contacted customer service via text because they dont answer the phone. They restarted it for me and told me to use a brush or a rag. I did and then it jusy showed the brush marks. Same oil film now showing the brush marks. I spoke to other people at this establishment and they had gone through the car wash. Their cars were the same way. I contacted the customer service person again and sent pictures. All the person said was its the work I put into it? Awful!!!! My car was cleaner before I started! I went down the street to TIP TOP CAR WASH. I had an excellent team that helped me get that crap off my car. You need to take lessons from them on Customer Service!

I’ve never used their automatic bays, only the self-serve wash. My experience there was good. The spot free rinse did well for my vehicle. Based on my recent visit, I would certainly go there again for the self-wash.
On a second visit I was going to try their automatic wash but had two issues and went somewhere else. One, the touch pad that makes you enter your phone number as you enter the bay wouldn’t work and therefore it wouldn’t let me enter and get my wash. Two, the actual price the machine said it would charge me was double what the price that was listed on their sign. I really like their self-wash, but really don’t care for their automatic wash.

I like this car wash alot, I would have went to 5 stars but they made it to where we can't use coins on all the stuff on the wash & sweeping out of our vehicles anymore. Used to be able to use dollar bills and quarters. It's so sad heard alot of people talk about it. Thank You

In town visiting for Ohio. What a great wash!! Clean and all services functioned perfectly. It was great to get all the bugs and road grime off from our travels. Excellent car wash and excellent owner. You can tell by how well kept everything is!! Josh’s Wash Rocks!!

I frequent this car wash and have never had a problem. My car is always clean. Equipment looks newer and always in good working condition in the automatic wash bay.

If you have a stall not working at least put a cone or block people from driving up to it just to find out its not!

Stopped by after breakfast to try this place out. The best thing about it was the cool looking way it washes but was disappointed at the outcome. Front window didn’t get clean. You can still see the outline from the wipers that was there before I got there. Same thing with tires. Soap was still dripping from the mirrors after the wash down. I didn’t expect perfection from the brushless system but I did expect better than this for $16.
