“I needed a tow from Kokomo to Danville and after contacting multiple towing services, Ryan's was the most affordable ~ more than half of one the other towing services! Additionally, Ryan himself was exceptionally prompt, friendly, and professional. I would use his service again and highly recommend!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Misfit Towing & Recovery in Kokomo. I had a pretty rough situation—my tire came completely off the wheel—and I expected a long, stressful ordeal. Instead, I got one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The young woman who answered the phone was incredibly polite and professional. She asked all the right questions and immediately put me at ease. Just six minutes later, the tow truck pulled up. The driver, Shane was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny. He knew exactly what was going on and handled everything with confidence. From the moment I called to the moment my car was hooked up and I was dropped off at the tire shop, the whole thing took 14 minutes. That’s unheard of- and he dropped me at the courthouse in time for my 1:00 PM hearing. If you ever find yourself stuck or need a tow, Misfit is the team you want. No hesitation, no doubt—they’re the best.”

“I have been getting my vehicles repaired at Jarrell’s for over 20 years. This is a great, family owned business that truly cares about their customers. This is the only place that I send friends too, as I have never had a bad experience here.”
