Went in there a little over a month ago, and wow, worst customer service ever. First I went in there and exchanged a foundation, then I had to remind them to even exchange (since it was a different shade, same foundation.) and then I went in there again, was not greeted and got a couple things I needed, overheard Susan (one of the managers) talking bad about another manager loudly to a trainee assumedly. I immediately grabbed what I needed and headed to checkout. I don’t remember the cashiers name but props to her for tolerating it. I told her to just give the gift card to the next person who checked out because I am ABSOLUTELY DONE shopping at this location. As reviews have said “no one can customer service” that is absolutely correct. The managers don’t do anything but drink coffee and gossip or work on schedules, no coaching or development going on. Shame on you guys for allowing this to happen. Also I feel like I am being disrespected since I put an application in for a position I was well qualified for and they told me I wasn’t “qualified” then I called and asked to speak to whoever for feedback the person on the phone was giggling and said “well Julie’s not available right now can I leave a message” so I said yes and guess what, NO CALL! Extremely disappointed in the way this company is going!

Made my first visit to their Beauty salon today. I call for an appointment , got in within an hour. My beautician, Rhiannon was such a sweetheart, asked questions, very professional but not stuffy and did an AMAZING job! I couldn’t ask for anyone better. This crazy old lady (inside joke) will definitely be back. Thank you Riahnnon!

Cashier lady was very nice, but they were out of alot of stuff..certain shampoos and hair products were scarce or out, the make up in all departments were scarce on some products. Normally it's not like this.the manager I Normally see was not there and she is very friendly,knowledgeable, and helpful. And Normally employees come and ask if u need help finding items or have questions. The parking for ulta in this Plaza is horrible. Cross your fingers you don't go at busy time bc parking in front of store is scarce. They has 2 great customer pu spaces in front in which I have never seen anyone there so they may wanna think abkut going down to 1 space !?.

I absolutely loved having Rhiannon as a hair stylist/colorist! I would have chosen her forever, if not for having to relocate out of state. (She left great notes for my new Ulta stylist.) Originally, she did my blonding transformation and then continued to manage that beautifully. She kept my hair very healthy and looking great! She always goes above and beyond. She's also super sweet, very cool, great to chat with, trustworthy and professional. She truly is the best in Kokomo! I will certainly miss her.

Rhiannon is the best hair stylist. She is so nice, laid back, and does a fantastic job. (She will even let you read during your scalp treatment ?) I highly recommend the keratin treatment. My hair feels like brand new.
