The store is staffed to take care of their customers. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and also very patient. I have been there many times and always a pleasant experience !

Anti 2A location
This UPS location is extremely anti 2nd Amendment and will only accept holsters to be shipped. I brought a firearm accessory, a compensator for a Glock which is essentially a chunk of aluminum milled to fit on the end of a barrel, and was immediately given a snide response by an addling elderly woman that they will not accept any firearms parts to be shipped out. The part in question is legal for sale, owning, and use in the state of Indiana. It can be shipped by USPS, UPs, or Fed-Ex. When I walked in I had a prepaid return label from opticsplanet for a non serialized non FFL required pistol accessory to be returned due to defect. I just needed a small box or padded shipping envelope. Opticsplanet has an established vendor account with UPS and would not issue a UPS return label if it were a serialized FFL required item which must be shipped via Fed Ex. When I tried to correct the old lady she kept arguing over the top of me saying they will only ship holsters. The manager, another addling elderly woman came over and again tried to argue that UPS cannot ship any firearms parts or related items. This is false. UPS cannot ship any serialized parts, items, or firearms that legally require an FFL to register shipment of the item. The manager should know this running a UPS location and I suspect she does but will simply refuse anything beyond holsters as they are very anti 2nd Amendment. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location refusing items with prepaid UPS return labels.

I do frequent shipping and printing, and this is by far the best UPS Store I’ve ever used. The store is always clean. The staff is professional, helpful with my questions, and friendly. Even when they are busy I never have to wait long for service. This store is obviously well-managed and devoted to doing business the right way. Whether you need printing, packaging or shipping, I think this is the best place in Kokomo!

Excellent. The young lady workin around 0800 on Monday morning is the absolute best. I was frantically looking for a place to print, she calmed down and got me handled quick and efficiently. I am extremely thankful!
