I have always made it a point to go to this location for my phone needs. Jared is great, howevet today(Saturday) waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes and was never waited on. At least 5 other people came and left while I waited. This location definitely needs to hire another representative for Saturday customer demand.

Received service from Jaylin that I did not ask for (nor did he say that he was doing it) and caused me quite a bit of inconvenience for the rest of the day. I ordered my new phone from Verizon on their app and selected this store for pick up since it was on the way to a family gathering. I regret this decision and should have stuck with the official Verizon stores.
I’m fairly tech savvy and have never had an issue with setting up my own phones. I did not select “expert assistance” with my order and just stated to Jaylin that I was there to pick up my order.
I do not know why he took it upon himself to open my package and proceed to activate my phone without asking me. I only realized what he was doing when I looked at my old phone in my hand and noticed that it lost all service. When he handed me my new phone, I was not in a position to transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone since this interaction caused me to be late to my family event.
I had to completely reset my phone later that night and go through the set up process to get my phone how I had wanted it.
I suggest that TCC works to improve their customer relations/commission process. The key part would be to ensure that they have consent from the customer before they start anything. I did not say to Jaylin “I’m here to have you help me set up my phone”…. It almost seems as if the TCC employees are paid on commission for every type of interaction they have and Jaylin was seeing an easy “activation” quota. If that’s the case, then shame on TCC and not Jaylin. Your employees will always have an aggressive customer service nature if they have to hustle for their paycheck…

Quinton and Koti were wonderful to work with. We updated 2 phones, added a line to our current account and added internet which will be $15/mth cheaper than our current provider. Highly recommend these guys!!

Jaylin helped me upgrade my old iPhone XR to a brand new iPhone 15 pro max! My old phone was very difficult to switch over and he had to spend extra time updating/backing it all up so that it would transfer over correctly. He was very informative and knowledgeable! I would recommend him and this store anytime!
