DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought in rolls of film to be developed from a vacation I had saved for and spent thousands on. I dropped the film off in late October 2023. I was told that I don't pay until I picked up the film and photos. I was also told that I would receive a call once they were in, which the employee who helped me said would take a few weeks. In early January I decided to go in. They had none of it. They then informed me that I wouldn't have gotten a call, they let customers know their order is ready by email. So a few days later I went back in because I found the emails. They still were unable to find my photos. I have been going back and forth with them for months. No one seems to know where my film/photos went. Two of the coaches, Kaya and Martha, basically told me that Walmart or Fuji losing my photos was my fault. I spoke with Jenny on 2/19. What Jenny told me directly contradicted what the previous employee told me. She said that they only hold the photos for 60 days, but when I asked to see where their policy says that, she told me to leave. The whole time I was having a conversation with Jenny about how to resolve this problem she would not answer any of my questions, treated me with disrespect, and was beyond rude. Kaya, Martha, and Jenny all offered me a $25 gift card. This was beyond insulting since I spent thousands on the vacation and over $60 on just the blank film. I even tried to call today to get a hold of the store manager Jessica, because Jenny told me to do that. The first employee told me that Jessica said I needed to call the corporate number or go to Walmart.com. I called back a few minutes later and multiple employees told me that now she was not in the building, that they couldn't transfer my call to her, and that they could not provide me with her email. I am still trying to either be compensated for my loss due to Walmart's negligence or find my priceless photos. AVOID THIS WALMART AT ALL COSTS!!

This is a standard Walmart; a large selection of items at reasonable prices. The facility is relatively well-maintained; and, as with most of the franchise, the staff range from helpful to indifferent. We shop here to save money. It would be great if there was also exceptional customer service included; but as with our wishing to be younger and thinner, we're not holding our breath. (To be fair, the greeters are usually friendly and welcoming....an advantage of hiring ole fartz like us.)

This pharmacy is terrible. Customer service is a joke. They actually told me that I would have to call another walmart to update insurance info, that they would not do it. I called and they said that they could not give out that info over the phone ( as expected). They called each other and I waited for 2 hours only to have them come back and say that they didn't even have the prescription. The 20 year old girl working the counter is seriously a legit mouth breather.

One of the main issues I have with this Walmart location is that I can look on the app/website & it says that certain items(s) are in stock & available for pickup so then I drive up there or use Walmart+ to have it delivered only to find out that the main item I was coming to get has been unavailable for days or weeks. I do like how convenient that being a Walmart+ member makes the checkout process. You can literally just scan something with your phone, and walk right on our, avoiding the long lines.

If you plan on shopping at this Walmart, be prepared to bring some sanitizing wipes since they allow their customers to have their dogs in the shopping carts. Not just in carts but also allow them to bring non ADA recognized service dogs in the store off leash as well.

The only thing good about Walmart is it has everything you might need. At a cost that you can't find anything that you're looking for in the aisles. A lot of stuff that says it's there on the website but it's not actually at the location kind of sucks. Curbside pickup is really decent love it a lot. But the busyness, the workers, and the Machines are quite nerve-racking and frustrating at times. But it's Walmart so, you can definitely find anything you need!

Waiting an HOUR for my pickup order. I spoke with Dan over the phone and it was either “sorry, we are running behind”, someone then came to the car and said “we can’t find your order”…??! I was on the phone trying to call the store 8x before getting through to someone after the initial call mentioned above that Dan, the team lead personally told me he was goingto find the order and bring it out. I am in another state and am paying someone to pickup and order for my Airbnb guests who ran into an issue with the coffee maker. The order was literally 2 items!!!! WHY is this rocket science ?! The order was ready at 11:08, the person picking up (who was listed on the order as the pickup person) showed up at 11:45, so I checked in with the spot number she parked at. After 20 min I called and talked to Dan. She waited another 20 min before I called again and weBoth continued to get the run around. Once they finally found it, an hour later… the guy who delivered it to the car put it in the backseat and didn’t say one word!!! Terrible customer service and the ITEM WAS OPEN IN A DAMAGED BOX. It better not be broken or used, or we will have even bigger problems with Walmart. Just go inside and get your items. It will save you time and frustration I promise!

Buyers Beware: I was targeted at Wal-Mart on 1920 E Markland AveA lady came to my self check out isle asked me if I needed help I responded "No"She then proceeded to stock more bags where the bags are to put your items in.I had already purchased my items and was only buying one item at that self check out isle.She proceeded to say that she needed a receipt for the other items.Note: I had done higher amount of purchases like Air Conditioner, King Bed set, etc and have never been stopped for any of them.So next time your at Wal-Mart double check your soundings for a walmart employee that may be targeting you they wanna make their money for Christmas the illegal way.

The security was terrible they was literally following woman and child like shakers and harassing them. They can't tell the difference between a customer or shoplifter. I won't go back feel like there security are willing to put little children in danger. Wish I give zero stars.

There's a guy in the online pick up area that went above and beyond for me today. My vehicle died, tried and tried to jump it. He said let's just try and recharge the battery. Left his personal vehicle jumped to my car until the battery finally recharged long enough. I made it home with my groceries and I appreciate you Stan! This was the worst day this could possibly happen and he had amazing customer skills. Thanks again to Stan! He deserves a raise Walmart. People like that keep you coming back.

This store has the worst looking bathrooms of any Walmart I’ve been to, I can’t believe they paid contractors to install toilets like this (this toilet is crooked and one of the urinals in this same bathroom has a hole in the wall above it where multiple tiles are missing and you can see the guts of the plumbing). Walmart should immediately redo these bathrooms and if applicable sue the contractor who did a bottom of the barrel job

Kokomo Walmart is a danger zone.Trash in isles, items in places it shouldn't be.They either have isles clogged with stuff or empty shelves in spots where products should be, but are not and sometimes for days on end.If it says it's at the Markland store online, it's not and don't think it ever will be.4 different items were all claimed to be stocked in store, only 1 was in there when I went and it was a set of towels.Employees are rude and no one wants to help you. They all avoid contact if they think you're going to ask a million dollar question3/101 star for location (great spot)1 star for halfway clean parking lot1 star cause I don't like snooty krogers

Kinda hard to find clothes in your size. Way too many shirts on the racks so it's hard to even pull one out. The pants are all unfolded and in a mess so I had to pull each one off the shelf to see what size it was. They probably need to pay their employees better and/or hire more.

While the prices are good, the quality is fine; however, the staff only knows their business, not interested in any customer care. Be prepared to lose all of your shopping cart items if you are not on time by 11 pm, which is ridiculous. The manager told me that they cannot start any register a few minutes after 11 pm, what is the excuse?If they cannot control number of customers, start registers, help customers and not willing to make an exception once for those who did not know about their strict rules, they should not be in this business!
