When you try and call this corrupt company you end up talking to someone in another country! This is why I'm still receiving a bill even though I have moved out of Indiana, but the person in another country didn't understand me! They outsource to someone who makes .5 an hour who doesn't care about Americans! If you ask for someone in America they tell you there is no one to talk to in America! Xfinity needs to be sued!

UPDATE [10/19/23] I had to physically go into the store (Kokomo) to get my issue resolved. I had the pleasure of working with Sally, who is phenomenal. She was able to quickly resolve my issue, and I was out of the store in no time. Xfinity needs to keep her at all costs. If it wasn't for this positive experience, I would've paid anything to get rid of this service provider.It's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone, and an email, or get anything resolved without having to physically go into a store; this company's customer service is non-existent; I hate their service, their inability to provide ANY service what so ever. Stay clear and proceed with caution.

I work from home. Having internet outages affect how I can work. Thankfully Xfinity is changing the cables so that we will have better access. The bad thing is they do not send out notifications before they begin working on the cables. I have asked for about a month and unfortunately still have not received any advance warning of worker in the area for a schedule maintenance. I find this very difficult to work around. I have contacted the phone customer service, went to local office and the Xfinity app. Each time being told that they have update my phone number and email address to receive these notifications. My phone number not my email has changed since becoming a member 8-10 years ago. The frustration is real. Everytime an outage happens , I miss work and that means I don't get paid. So them doing a small credit for the outage does not really cover what I am missing from my employer. Ready to leave this company. If I could give a zero start rating I would.Update about the team being available 7 days a week. It doesn't matter they tell you the same thing and do nothing in the customer service department.

Still owes me $213 for a refund I’ve been waiting for for two weeks. Calling in to fix any issues are calling in to get something done it’s like pulling teeth they just give you the runaround so they don’t have to pay you back when they screw up

Went to the store to ask about a phone. Sales person was nice but store manager interrupted. Store manager seems very unfriendly. I decided against the phone due to manager's rudeness.

Boi let me tell you. So 6am 7/24/23 my phone screen goes black on the way to work. I turn around because that is my only form of communication at work with my wife. Go to the store located at the Markland mall. I speak with Isiah about the issue. He hooks me up with the insurance number. I call the insurance and they tell me to file the claim online. We go to online portion and it says speak with an xfinity representative. So we go back to the store to talk to an employee.(not Isiah) so at this point we explain to the rep what's going on and he says "lets file a claim in store" to which we had no idea what the employee was doing behind the scene. The employee went through all the options for the insurance claim and the insurance wouldn't allow the xfinity employee to submit a claim because the purchase date was within 1 year for the factory warranty. The insurance screen displayed this information in red text bared off at the top of the screen. The employee intentionally disregarded this text and went to the final claim option. Smash or intentionally broken. Which to no surprise the insurance accepted the claim instantly. So now I have to schedule an appointment with their "Approved" repair specs. They say the part is 1.5 days out. ok I get that. So I take the phone in when it arrives. They say 3 hours for LCD repair. I get a call that the phone is ready and ok. We pick the phone up only to find out they didn't repair it because the insurance claim was wrong! The phone was deemed unrepairable. So I asked what that meant. They said call insurance tell them its wrong claim and get ahold of xfinity to replace phone. So we call insurance and they say " The repair warranty doesn't cover the repair required for the device because it is within 1 year of purchase. So they say call Samsung. WELL TO MY SURPRISE THEY CANT FIX IT!!!! All because a 3rd party vendor OPENED THE PHONE!! Voiding the warranty for Samsung. So at this point we go back to the store and the SAME EMPLOYEE has the nerve to say once we walked in "Are you here to buy that new phone or do you wanna add a 3rd line to your 2 and pay for 2 phones?" BOI!!!! UNHINGED! I call CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! I ask the rep for a supervisor or to speak to HR. THIS MAN SAID WHAT IS HR?!?!!?!? CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!! When I asked for their supervisors phone number the dude gave me a AI generated phone number with a prompt... Take it as you wish but we're going in tomorrow morning to request services once more. Over the last 3 days I've used $200 in fuel and 8 1/2 hours of driving between everything for a phone that needed replaced in the beginning... I hope this gets to the right person in the right seat in corporate.

Getting run around on when cable will be buried. Been over a month and a half since service started.Told once lines marked 7-10 days to bury cable, would be contacted to set date. No calls!! Getting big run around from customer service!!!

Very disappointed with Xfinity. They don't have a local number for the store to call. You call the -800 number and nobody can answer your question. If I could talk to the store for 1 minute, I could get my answer. I actually called the Markland Mall where they are located, and they said they get 20 calls a day for the same complaint. The lady at the Markland Mall was so nice and said that she would take a note down to them and have them give me a call. Xfinity, I rate them 0 stars, Markland Mall, I rate them as 5 stars. A big Kudo's to the Markland Mall.

Tricking people into ordering things they don't want, instead of helping them with what they need, is called a SCAM. And if you have to rely on it as your entire business plan, then your business is a scam. Kokomo has NO reliable internet service.

No one at store to answer phones so they opted out to india no customer service rep has been able to help me and now to fix my broken internet they want to charge me for a technician to come out. Ridiculous internet service (horrible in and out) and Ridiculous customer service.

Call a local telephone number to get an automated system that will not connect you to anyone. Must activate service through an app but the one they are sending me will not open it says it is out of date when you download and open it. Stop over complicating things just activate it. You already have it turned on for every other Xfinity user to connect to with there phone

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend. Ordered service and then they canceled it after saying they'd be there the next day to hook it up. Call the company and they either make you wait an hour on hold or they hang up on you. Without ever resolving the issue

Very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable...he checked everything he possibly could n got my internet working. He even put on shoe covers so he didn't get the carpet dirty which he didn't have to do. He was quick but precise. Very good technician!!!
