“A friend said, "Kane's won't have any trouble towing it out of here." The drive is long and narrow with lots of trees, and the car was parked at a horrible angle and wouldn't move. I had serious doubts. Kane's towing was here when he said he would be, and we were mesmerized watching him go back and forth getting my car turned and up on the truck. “Great customer service when our van’s alternator died. They came and picked it up at Potato Creek, fixed it after giving us a quote. Job took a little than expected but sounded like they were slammed with work and emergency towing so I understand. They even brought the van back to us and took a credit card for payment. I’m a big Apple Pay guy so be aware they do not take Apple Pay ?. Bottom line is if something else happens I’ll not hesitate to take my vehicle back to them. Thanks Tracy!”

“My husband and I were traveling from Boston to LA and broke down near shop. They diagnosed the car and got our part shipped in overnight delivery. Doug the owner dropped us off personally to hotel and had his daughter pick us up, they gave us water and got us on the road the next day. Jim the mechanic did everything possible to make sure they diagnosed the cause of the breakdown and tried to make sure we didn’t overpay.
We are truly grateful for their service, hospitality and expertise.”
“They do good work. Only negative I'm always waiting at least an hour if not 2 for anything. Oil change or even replacing 1 tire. I'm sure it's just a staff shortage issue. But the whole reason I'm goin to Walmart to get any car wool done is to save time and be lazy. But the work is great customer service is great no real complaints I'm just lazy and impatient lol”
