So glad we have Rachel. She keeps the lobby so clean, and smelling good. I always get my mail now, and never anyone else’s. Unless she’s off. It is nice to have someone that cares about our town.

Rachael is outstanding. Whenever we go in to get our mail she is so happy and friendly and always helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure we have everything or if we need her help. She makes the lapaz post office great. She truly cares about the people she helps and how she does her job. 5☆☆☆☆☆

I tried calling the LaPaz Post Office. Automated machine comes on talking about stimulus payments, covid 19, ect. Everything except being able to speak to a human working in the office when you need to. Does anyone actuly work in there who answers the phone? This is ridiculous.

I turned in a "change of address" card second week of November. I noticed that I was not receiving forwarded mail. I did not get my first Nipsco bill at my new home. When I realized it I went online and it was due the NEXT day. Last Friday (1-11-19) I received my first piece of mail with a forwarding label on it. Does it really take 8 weeks for a change of address to go through?
