The number of times the Michigan City store has screwed me over I couldn’t even begin to tell you. I walk in to the LP store a mess with an expired ID and in pain thanks to surgery. If Vanessa hadn’t been the kind, understanding, compassionate(she could’ve still thought I was crazy ?) I would’ve broken down. I came back and got everything sorted so my parents could do their upgrades (I was providing the trade ins and paying) and do you know what this kind person did? She probably didn’t realize it it but she looked at me and said “you can upgrade too”…that’s kindness plain and simple when you look out for others. Give her a raise.
She is a gem and again she probably doesn’t have the first clue how she came across but I will never forget her kindness. So thank you Vanessa for being a kind person because the bar for basic decency is further down than I care to mention.

Justin and Jissel went way above and beyond!!! They spent hours trying to get my photos and videos of my dad that passed away. I shattered my phone last night and couldn’t see anything. They went and researched and. Downloaded programs to help me get these very important memories! They are the examples of what EXCELLENT customer service reps are!!!! You don’t get the kind of service they gave me too many places anymore. They truly cared and made a huge difference. I can’t thank them enough for all they did! I would 1,000 percent recommend this Laporte store to anyone hands down! Thank you again Justin and Jissel! You two are truly a blessing and may you be greatly rewarded for all you did today ! God bless you!

The store personnel are inexperienced and do not know what they are doing. I spent two hours and they could not activate a replacement phone.

Went to set up a pre paid phone for my dad and Trisha made it as easy as it could have been !! Was in and out in 15 minutes and that was with her helping two other customers and being the only one working!

Worst At &T I ever visited act like it’s a chore to help you. Why are you there if you don’t like your job also reported to main office they said they have a lot of complaints about here. Lied about insurance and several other charges had to call main office to fix everything they screwed up if I could no stars I would. Stay away go to Plymouth or another store you will be glad you did.
