Worst At &T I ever visited act like it’s a chore to help you. Why are you there if you don’t like your job also reported to main office they said they have a lot of complaints about here. Lied about insurance and several other charges had to call main office to fix everything they screwed up if I could no stars I would. Stay away go to Plymouth or another store you will be glad you did.

My husband and I were in the store on Oct 11th, Trisha did a Great job helping us with our newphones, as well as theother staff. All 3 of them were Happy 2 help out. Many Thanks Lindborgs

We were immediately greeted in store. Staff helped us upgrade multiple lines on the account and transferred all of our information over and was a fun experience the whole time. Will be recommending this location to everyone!

i was having trouble with my phone and could’ve figure out what was wrong for the life of me. went ahead and made the trip to come out to the store hoping they could get it fixed and they had me in and out so quickly i felt so dumb afterwards lol. the service was quick, and helpful! would definitely recommend

I stopped in at the LaPorte, IN store on a Sunday to get some information on AT&T products and services. The young lady was so helpful and answered all the questions I had for her. Great customer service and polite!

Do NOT go to the LaPorte store if you are looking for great customer service and friendly workers. The 1st girl was eating the whole time we were there, told us maybe we should go to Verizon, couldn't answer our questions...told us to dial 611 and then dropped the "f" bomb on us. The 2nd girl was not anymore helpful.

If you want customer service with a smile, do not visit the LaPorte IN location. We were not greeted with a smile or hello more of a disappointment they had to do something. Ate the entire time we were in the store couldn't answer any questions, told us to dial 611. Multiple eye rolls given to us along with an "f" bomb.

The young lady that was working yesterday she was the manager in charge. I was so very helpful, unbelievably professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. Very much appreciate it. Thank you. And that was on July 31 of 2023.

Friendly but the females that work there are not helpful they didnt even take a look at my phone just yold me to call customer service when customer service told me to go into the store... so not helpful..

I went to the AT&T store in La Porte on the afternoon of July 8th to ask for an issue with a very slow internet connection, and an employee gave me a new card and the phone stopped working at all. Only emergency calls are displayed. Since my mobile phone was not working, I couldn’t use the translation software. Instead of helping me, they asked me to call 611 on July 10th. I said that I didn't have a mobile phone for the past two days, and the Internet would make me unable to use GPS navigation and carry out normal work and life. They had a very bad attitude and called the police to tell me to leave. I was so angry that I couldn't go home without GPS. Their behavior seriously hurt the needs of customers. Jean was greatly wronged. I request the relevant departments to give me a clear answer!

We went in to upgrade our phones and had an amazing experience with Vanessa! She switched our plan over to a new plan and saved us a ton of money monthly, as well as explained everything to expect with the next bill with all the changes we made. She walked us through the whole process of getting new phones with transferring all of our stuff and made everything super easy for us! Definitely will be recommending this location to all friends and family

Vanessa and the staff are awesome! Explained all promotions clearly and helped lower the bill while setting future expectations. I’ve been going to this store for a while now and have had consistent support and a great experience all around. Seems like some of the bad reviews are from people with incompetency, lack of brain cells or just mad “Karen’s”that didn’t get their way, but I’ll always be patronizing this location!

What I thought was going to be a simple upgrade of two phones has turned into a frustrating situation. The process of upgrading was fast and easy, but the lack of attention to details caused the bill to increase $50/month. I was charged for insurance and an 18-month upgrade when it was not requested. This was fixed. Then, after having the new phones over a month, I find out that the plan I have made the trade-in phones not eligible for the trade-in discounts. So, the savings for the phone upgrade was wiped out by the increase of the new phone plan.

DO NOT…I REPEAT DO NOTTTTT GO TO LAPORTE ATT STORE!!!!!!-They lied to us about absolutely everything while upgrading our devices. After having service with them for over 10+ years our cellphone bill is over $600 because their employees (minus Kristen) gave us false information and false promotions. I tried to speak to the manager (Vanessa) and she was not even wiling to resolve. Just reading my bill out loud….Corporate instructed me to get district manager phone number to resolve issue because since they are a 3rd party store, corporate can’t change the mistake and manager refused to give me the information.If you absolutely have to go in that store, I would 100% recommend Kristen or don’t waste your time. They completely screwed us over and manager clearly also doesn’t know how to run the store!
