“The carpeting in my new house was pretty horrible so I desperately needed an update. I am so glad I heard about The Floor Store because Jim went above and beyond for us. My husband and I wanted to host our son's birthday party at our new home but we really needed that new carpet in first. When we gave Jim our deadline, he told us that it would not be a problem and that he could quickly get it installed for us before the party. Unfortunately there ended up being an issue with the shipment being delayed so Jim took it upon himself to drive all the way to Fort Wayne to pick up our carpet himself instead of waiting for it to arrive on the truck. When he said he would make sure we were taken care of, he meant it. I cannot believe he drove all the way there himself to make sure that my son could have his special day. We are forever grateful for Jim Roy's kindness and we will never forget it. Our carpeting is beautiful and his team did a great job installing it, too.
