I was very happy with this bank, two months ago my ss and pension check was stolen out of my account. The bank only gave me part of my money back. I lost $ 600.00, I am disabled and on a fixed income. It was a big run around. Been with this bank 7 yrs

Staff are great. Always welcome me by my 1st name. Last weekend we had one of our debit cards stolen at University Park Mall (& a significant amount of money taken out of our account). Both Centier HQ & La Porte branch staff were great and quickly completed the fraudulent charge reports. Money back in our bank in 5 days.

Tellers are not very friendly- always make you wait even if no one else is in the bank. When we first started banking there they had a dog inside and made me wait for sometime while they played around with it and got it some treats. I love dogs, but they don’t need to be at the bank if it means customers come second
