I am no longer using the service because of someone named Pam. They rapid fired a bunch of texts to my phone over a service visit balance. The texts said the invoices she mailed were returned to her. Instead of calling me to verify my address, or ask for payment over the phone since I wasn't receiving the invoices, she said she was going to send me off to collections, but she "didn't want to have to do that." I promptly made the effort to call her and pay any outstanding balance. She was as impolite on the phone while I was trying to pay her as her texts. I would never treat a multi year customer that way. I won't be using them again.

Was not provided with pricing prior to sprinkler blowout. Expected going market rate of about 75. Was gouged at $125 when received the bill. They would not accept the going rate when I offered and said would turn me into collections. We will not use again. They are not the type of company I would work with in the future. Said it is customer responsibility to understand cost prior to their service, but they bill by time. Took their worker way to long against going rate (while checking his phone) and as such billed me such high amount not in line with typical flat rate pricing in our area. Gave them every opportunity to accept my offer of 75. They refused. Posted this so you are aware.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

They are responsive to questions, and seem knowledgeable. They are sending out a senior tech to take care of some issues that a younger guy wasn't able to solve.

This company is absolutely terrible. Please do not hire them. They did not shut off our system in the winter and it was broken due to this. Once it was broken, they would not answer the phone to schedule an appointment to fix it for months. By the time we got ahold of them, they could not turn on our irrigation and fix it until 5/31. On 5/31, they let us know it was STILL broken (which we already knew) and needed to schedule another appointment two weeks later to fix it. A bunch of our plants died and when we hired someone else, it turns out that was supposedly broken was actually just not turned on. These people installed our system and could not figure that out. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Had to pay TWICE for a service job that should have been done once. Called them last week to report a sprinkler head was leaking bad that they should have capped, and was told they are too busy. They said a tech would call me. After no phone call I called them back and left them a message because they don't answer the phone. I told them their service is terrible and they called me back the next day and told me to find someone else! BUYERS BEWARE! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BUSINESS! Annual sprinkler start up. Have had this company since 1994. Always prompt, job well done. Same with closing sprinkler in the fall.
