I have been banking with Grand Heritage for going on 13 years now, that have treated me excellant. i have had numerous loans at outstanding rates as well as 3 home loans. I would never consider banking with anyone else.

I’ve been banking with Grand Heritage since 2008. My account had fraudulent charges and Grand Heritage charged exorbitant fees for this and refused to return the fees because it was "out of their control." They eventually returned the amount taken during the fraudulent transaction, but did not return the fees.In addition, their website is not secure.With the rise in fraud, this is not a place to do your banking. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better than banks, not worse!

Very concerned about their employee’s recent Facebook comments about a customer’s account and their policy on overdraft fees on fraud. They need to be reported to the NCUA and compensate their customers for all those fees they’ve stolen. Beware!

Return fees should not be charged when an account had fraudulent charges and the fraudster cleans out the account. Their website is not secure either making it a great way for the bank to earn an income on fraudulent charges. Not a safe place to bank. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The staff are super helpful and informative. I have been banking here for over a decade and wouldn’t recommend any other credit union over them. They have a great loan officer named Jeri who can help you receive the best rate.

Been going to this credit union for 15+ years. The ladies there are like family. They are willing to help with anything possible and know nearly everyone by name. We are valued members there, not just a number. Highly recommend.

My account was charged by accident and Grand Heritage charged $120 in fees for this and refused to return the fees. Those charges aren't for anything tangible and it wasn't my fault, so there's no good reason why the fees can't be reversed. -Melanie
