“I recently encountered unexpected white out conditions after dark on I94 between Chicago and Michigan. I was forced to exit the expressway at the LaPorte exit and slowly made my way to the LaPorte Comfort Inn. Several others were in line ahead of and behind me hoping to secure a room for the night. Meghana, the front desk clerk, did an exceptional job efficiently handling the large number of unexpected guests arriving between 10:30-11pm. Meghana's patience and calm demeanor were greatly appreciated by all in the midst of unanticipated weather conditions.The hotel was quiet, the room was comfortable, breakfast was included and I was on my way!”

“I had made a mistake (wrong dates) on our reservation and the front desk agent Brandon was so incredibly helpful in helping us get it sorted out. His service and hospitality went definitely above and beyond our expectations. The room was great and breakfast was well done. What really stood out was Brandon and his manager Stacey! I can't thank them enough for all they did for me and my family! They won us over in a big way!! Thank you so much Brandon!!”
