Don't waste your money! You may as well give your stuff away it would hurt less. There are no cameras, they have holes in the fence, lights are a joke and they care nothing when others tear down walls to rob you.

This place is a joke. I've been calling for days and no answer, no response, no email back. I'm left tons of messages, had the call center alert management and still not a damn thing back. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

If someone could call me about my unit that was part of the fire you might get a better review! I haven't heard one word. No one calls me back! I have called 8 times. I will call and email everyday until I hear something!!!

This place is a joke do not store your belongings here we lost everything in the fire over $15,000 and had the insurance on it they only want to pay $2,500

If I could give 0 stars I would. We lost all of our possessions that were in our climate controlled storage unit in the fire on 8/25/22. No one from this company ever returned calls or emails in regards to our claim. They never provided a copy of our insurance policy after MULTIPLE requests. They have also continued to bill us for the insurance coverage after the fire. Do NOT recommend.

Since the fire on the night of August 25th I was moved out by the 29th of August I had paid until the end of September in advance.I have emailed and called numerous times and nothing. I did talk to costumer service twice and nothing. They did send me a invoice saying I owed them $10.00 for the protection plan for what I replied nothing there building has been torn down. This company is so disrespectful. Just give me my $165.00 back for the month of September

Our unit and at least three others were broken into we left a voicemail no response the units need secured again ASAP security is horrible

I rented online and it seemed easy enough. I was given a unit number and a code. Code worked great. The problem I have is the unit number ( and I checked my paperwork twice ) doesn't exist. I've been out there and looked for and the numbers don't even go that high. So I've sent two emails without a reply back and have left a voice mail. Hope I hear back.

The property is very well-maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. No issues with security and prices were more than reasonable. I was very impressed, all around 5 stars!
