My daughter had repairs done at this shop. Normal prices for labor done on vehicles. They inspected the entire car and noted everything that needed to be repaired. Her car parts cost 2 arms and 2 legs. But the service was awesome, and office personnel was great.

I had my truck in this shop multiple times to fix something that I could only explain as squeaking and shaky and when i try to stop it acted like it wanted to keep jumping forward. I ended up getting rear brakes, inner and outer tie rods, thermostat, transmission shift cable and u joint (something like that, that receipt isn't on me at moment)The last visit a cpl days ago they said everything was ok and I tried to tell them it was not. I left and then was stranded on side of the road a day later. They are happy to take your money even when you don't have it but not fix your issues. Be warned!

Definitely pricey but are willing to help some . Understaffed in the shop doesn't help. Pay and get some good help and customers will appreciate your hard work .

Took my Taurus in for oil change and a brake inspection. By early afternoon the oil had been changed and they contacted me about my brakes stating eveything thing looked fine, however they the pads were definitely worn and everything could use a cleaning. There was no pressure from them that the work needed done that day. They even suggested I would be able to get by until next service. Kaisers has always worked on our vehicles and has always done top notch work and they have never pressured me into unnecessary services.Services: Oil change

Amazing service. The integrity that this shop has is next to none. Instead of quoting me for a job that would have cost me thousands, their tech actually did research and found that the repair I needed was under an extended warranty. I don’t know many shops that would help you out the way they have. Never going anywhere else with my vehicles. 10/10 service.

Very disappointed. They had always worked in my vehicle. Made a appointment for today, get there just to be told it's raining and they can't do a oil change.
