It would be zero stars due to piss poor leadership of that dealership. Wanna make that known because when you stop responding to fixing an issue that was agreed upon at a purchase when the vehicle is flawed and misleading.

Avoid this business. We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them. After driving 4 hours to get the jeep I had my mechanic inspect it and he found axel seals leaking, crank shaft leak, rattling in the exhaust, a sound from the wheel hub and an oil leak. We asked about it and were told it passed the safety inspection and they had seen no issues. We got it back to the shop the next day and got it on the rack and found the axel is bent, hence the seal leak and were currently working through the rest of the issues.We contacted our sales person Nick Crum and were told they won't stand by their safety inspected car. We work directly with Dodge and Jeep as well as AMW and QuietKat and have raised complaints with each business.Either their service department is really bad at their job and can't find a bent axel on a safety inspection or they knew about it and its fraud. Either way we have our corporate lawyers looking into their practices.

My wife and I came here for the first time to buy a vehicle from here. Sean was a great salesman. Not pushy at all. Made us feel very welcomed here. We did buy a Jeep Gladiator from here. They were able to stay within our budget as well. Fantastic place to buy a vehicle from. I will definitely be back in the future.

Emailed 5 dealers, for quotes on a new Jeep Gladiator. Jacques Bourgeois with La Porte Chrysler was the first to reply with real numbers. After receiving quotes from the other 4 dealers, Jacques got me a better deal. The sale went smooth with no upselling or added charges. Overall awesome experience.

I recently purchased a used vehicle here. My experience at the dealership was fine, but after only a couple hundred miles of owning the car some serious issues started popping up. Despite bringing in the vehicle for a third-party pre-purchase inspection at Wallen Auto and inquiring about any issues at the dealership, it seems this vehicle had some glaring problems that were not disclosed to me. There were significant oil leaks, the suspension was so bad the rear springs could be removed by hand, and the timing belt should have been replaced 20,000 miles before it was sold to me. Purchasing a used car always comes with risk and I certainly missed some things, but it reflects poorly on the dealership that none of these issues were caught or disclosed. I reached out to them after the fact and they outright ignored me as well. If you are considering buying a used car here, please reconsider.

Had a check engine light on my 2017 Ram 2500 and was told that the coil on that cylinder needed to be cleaned. A week later the same light came back on. Misfire on cylinder 2. The dealership is about 40 miles from home so I have to coordinate rides to drop off and return later for pickup. Take the vehicle back to the dealership and was told that I needed to replace all 16 spark plugs. Had that work completed and parked the vehicle. Took the vehicle on a road trip a month later and the same light reappears again. Return to the dealership for service and was told a wire was left loose. The following day the light was jumping on and off. Took about a week for it to stay on. Called the dealership and was told that the same code could mean over a hundred things! I've never been told that anywhere else. So I questioned being charged for the limitless guesswork. Although I have a lifetime bumper to bumper Mopar warranty there is a deductible, and items such as thousand dollar spark plug jobs are not covered. Got several calls back to back from the dealership being spoken to in a very aggressive tone. Being that I am a U S. service connected war veteran I decided not to engage. Needless to say it wasn't a good experience, so I wouldn't feel secure returning.

I went to get a repair done under warranty. They were very rude and after the repair they caused $200.00 in damage to my truck. I spoke to the operations manager who stated they would give me two free oil changes. I scheduled an appointment had my boss let me off work early. I get to the dealership they tell me that Harry the manager no longer works there and that he didn't leave any note in their system that they would cover my oil changes. The best they could offer was to cover half the cost. Once again terrible service. I'd recommend just staying away from this place!

Excellent experience with our recent purchase of a 2024 Wrangler. Our Sales Consultant, Leo Jongkind, made the process easy and enjoyable. Leo and several of his team members stayed after hours on a Friday to make sure we were squared away on our new purchase. We were given a fair trade-in value on our existing vehicle. The Wrangler we purchased was very reasonably priced given the current market. We live in Chicago and traveled to this dealership after visiting several in our local area. Absolutely worth the extra drive. The entire staff at this dealership is genuinely welcoming - everyone we encountered took a few minutes to chat and truly made us feel at home. A very low-pressure experience start to finish.The additional Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is a huge bonus - very few dealers we found offer that. Leo has followed up several times since our purchase just in case we have questions. Rare these days. All around, a great experience. Highly recommend Leo and his team in La Porte!

Buyers Beware.Saleperson stated before purchasing that the vehicle was serviced & drove it himself to confirmed that upon receiving it there will be no issues. As I know the risk of purchasing a used vehicle there is going to be minor issues. But this is not the case, this dealership place my family and myself in endanger. As the third day of receiving the vehicle I took the family out to dinner and run some errands only to encounter one of the scary moment beside war-time as the vehicle start to shake violently and the front end stated to shuttered upon applying the brakes after exiting out of the highway. Shaking and frightening from that experience we decided it was best we stay away from the highway until the source of the issue was resolved. On the local road the vehicle drove new no issues. But the very next day which was a Sunday, I send the owner and saleperson to address my concerned, no response. Until I contact them on Monday, they stated that their service department did not find anything wrong or issues upon releasing the vehicle. With that said I made arrangements for a local Dodge Dealership to confirm my experience. Attached you find the copy from the local dealership. As stated the rotors was caused of concerned. Now I had to paid out of pocket for the replacement of the rotors as this Dealership ghosted me. Please be aware as this dealership is not to be trusted with their shady tactics/lies to make an extra dollar off of you. More to follow as this is not over, next is Legal action. I bought a 2014 jeep from them. Had it for 9 days and the transmission went out in it. Took it back and they wanted me to pay to took it up. They had my jeep for 3 weeks kept telling me that the part wasn't in yet. Finally got it back and as soon as i left it was doing the same thing. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. AND RON IS VERY RUDE
