Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Our premium skyrocketed, so we called to see why and to see what we could do to save money, we spent a month trying to reach our agent. We thought it was odd that she wasn't getting back to us. Turns out, she left, and no one called to say they were taking over our account.We tried again before the payment was due, and finally got a hold of someone, who was not interesting in helping. When we found better coverage for nearly half the price at a competitor, this person kept insisting that the price we were receiving would change in a month and it would be higher. When we told them that with a $932 difference, we'd be willing to take the risk, they adamantly screamed to "just go with them then!" We said we would, and to cancel our policy. They hung up, and we have no idea if they are going to actually cancel it.I would not recommend this agency if you are a fan of good customer service.
