Do better UPS, I asked my girl who made bows for competition to ship via UPS so she did one box USPS and one UPS and today is 12/11 . I do not have bows for competition that is this weekend. I asked my husband if the package was received and he stated no but a van pulled in the drive way and left without leaving anything and this ?
I called the UPS near me and they stated it is out for delivery. Why are we marking packages delivered that weren’t ? It’s sad that USPS delivered before UPS and they were shipped the same day and then forged that it was delivered and received when it wasn’t .
DO BETTER. I pray I get this package today and not have to chase it all over La Porte tomorrow before so leave for Indy.

Lexi was so helpful and did a great job packing our items. They arrived today in perfect condition. I am so impressed with this store and UPS!!!! I will definitely use them in the future! I had a completely different experience with FedEx who broke all my items and after a month of back and forth and constant jumping through hoops, they stopped responding even tho I paid for extra insurance! Thank you for restoring my faith!

Unfortunately they couldn’t send out my package when the driver stops by today. They have to wait till Monday because the people there aren’t qualified to pack and ship item out. What? Apparently someone that is will be there Monday. Nice I spend all this money to use their services but not really. Not good business!!!

One of the Worst Delivery Services I’ve Experienced, sadly first ever 1* review incoming...
I had a highly frustrating experience with this delivery service. I was home at the time of delivery, yet the driver made no attempt to deliver my package. There was no knock, no doorbell, not even a delivery notice left behind—just a driver who made eye contact with me and left without any attempt to complete the delivery. We even have a giant lockbox which was open at the time.
When I contacted UPS, I was told they couldn’t reach the driver because the delivery was handled by a third-party vendor. That alone is concerning. It gets worse: after spending 25 minutes creating a UPS account just to track my package, I found out that any redelivery option comes with a fee—$9.99 to redeliver to my home, $5.99 to send it to a UPS store, and $14.99 to redirect it to another address. The only free option?Returning the item entirely. Customs fees are not on them so no fault there.
This kind of service is unacceptable. Making customers jump through hoops and pay extra fees for a package that should have been delivered in the first place is outrageous. I will actively avoid using this service in the future.
