Urban Bliss has done a beautiful bouquet for mothers day and teaches classes regularly at my brewery. Fantastic, sweet people who do great work and grow some of the most gorgeous flowers I've seen.

Kelly has The best arrangements around. She always has the best looking flowers for the season and is always on time. She had sent me pictures of the arrangement I had asked for before hand and it was perfect!

Worst experience I've ever had. I had contacted them well over a month to have my flowers for my wedding. The day before I contacted them for address and hours so I could pick them up. I received a message that she was on lunch and would get back to me after her break. Never heard back. Day that I was supposed to pick up flowers, I got the beat around. I get it was raining but I was lied to that the flowers I had ordered she didn't even have. I was left with 2 hours to find someone else to get my flowers from. I got no apology no nothing. The lack of any communication was extremely frustrating. As a small business owner myself, communication is key with your clients. Will NEVER use her again.
