the workers are always so kind even when these rude customers are busy yelling at them. I go there almost every week if not more, and the people are always so so sweet. Kim has worked her way up into a management position and shes been very nice to me when I needed help. Sondra, Greg, and Rue are always very friendly to me too when I come in. Always greeting me with a smile and they have even come to know me by name. Even when customers aren't nice to them they still are polite and respectful and they handle it well. I love going here, theyre all so nice and they do their jobs well

Mail delivery that should have happened in September was finally delivered in February lousy service and we go for long periods of time without mail delivery

We continue to lose packages because the postal carrier continues to leave packages in the hallway instead of delivering the package to the customers front door. It's not hard to read numbers or letters on doors. Quit being lazy. If the address says 207 apt B then you already know the building just go to the doors and read the letters. If you see A and B in the bottom floor then you know C and D are the next floor up. Simple. I'm sick of losing packages because of carelessness. Have a little courtesy!

I feel the post office workers in LaPorte are AMAZING!!!! I think each and everyone of them deserve a big fat RAISE!!!!

Only one person taking customers at first. The woman was very kind and took her time with each customer to make sure everything was correct and I appreciate that. She's an older woman with short dark brown hair. I highly recommend going to her.

They will not pick up any mail when the flag is up. They often deliver the wrong mail to us and will not take it to the right person when we try to give it back.
