“They were all so great from the phone call to the nurses and the dr. I had to unfortunately put my dog down and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. They made it such a smooth process and were so caring through it all. It’s a hard decision to make but knowing he was always gonna suffer I knew it was better for my Oscar boy to be put down than be in pain every day. I will never take any animals anywhere else but here. The dr was honest and caring and reassured me the whole time that I did what I could and made the right moves. So thankful for them they even sent a very nice card with personal messages from everyone there. 10/10 would recommend you take your babies here I’ll never use anyone else but them !!”
