Really nice guy, very easy to talk to and genuinely seemed eager to help animals! He did a great job handling and diagnosing the issue with my German Sheperd. Dr. Mack really seemed to know his stuff, showed a lot of compassion for my dog and gave us some great advice. He didn't overcharge me for service and the price was fair. He didn't try to run up the bill with unnecessary charges. Checking in and out was easy. The girls up front were drama free and attitude free. The vet tech who saw us was courteous, polite and efficient. She listened to everything I told her and took the appropriate notes. The facility was clean and easy to get in and out.
