My husband ordered glasses Sept 26th, still don't have them, every time we call, they say by end of week, still no glasses, worst service ever, terrible customer service also, they have rude people answering their phones, plenty of other places to go and they wont last with this lack of service, i wont recommend to anyoneits now Nov 6th still no glasses!

Went in on Jan 14th for an eye exam and then to order new glasses the eye exam went great but then the people who are supposed to help with the ordering of glasses was all kinds of trouble the girl smelled of alchohol looked like she had done a quick touch up makeup job after a long night could have been a lot better review if someone else was handling the front of house staff also on pickup of my new glasses the girl couldn't find anything for me to try reading and I can't read things have to return for eye Dr to re-examine to figure out why everything is blurry and then I realize that they overcharged me and show billing my insurance for things they didn't do

We were in town staying at a hotel and our 1 year old got ahold of dad’s glasses. They were open on a Saturday and luckily were able to fix them after trying for a few minutes. She wouldn’t accept any payment other than our gratitude! Definitely recommend!

Unhappy with the billing. Services were over 1 year ago, I'm actually due for an eye exam and I just received a bill in the mail saying I still owe $110. I paid what they asked LAST YEAR and was told it was paid in full. My bill is a 1st notice. What kind of company bills 1 year later? Seems very sketchy, and my family and I will not be back

These people are a joke ... They try to give glasses even if they dont need them and when you bring something in to get fixed they tell you no even if you have Medicaid that pays for it all ... They will still tell you no ... Will never recommend these people to anyone and I will stop anyone who says they will go there rude and lazy people

Dr. Gring was absolutely wonderful! She explained to my kids what was happening, what would happen next, reminded them not to squint, and explained their prescription. We all had a great experience with her and would recommend her to anyone!

Doctor Gring was amazing! She definitely has a wonderful personality.. She's very informative about your care, she really wants to get to know you and she she never made me feel like I was heard. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be going back because of her!

The tech was rude and didn't want to answer my questions. Dr. Gring was polite but provided no education or expectations for a first time glasses wearer. I was dilated before my exam and my prescription was wrong. I was prescribed bifocals. When I got the glasses, I felt like I was walking in a fun house. After a few days I scheduled another eye exam with a different Dr and my prescription was completely different and I was told I didn't even need glasses. To be sure, I got a third opinion and that Dr agreed with my second Dr. Every employee I came across could not believe I was dilated before my exam. Alexis in the front desk is amazing though. I won't be returning to the LaPorte office.

I am always pleased with the fantastic team. I am always welcomed by name the moment I arrive. Alexus is such a sweet and helpful soul. The Doctors always take care of me promptly and share compassion to make sure all my questions have been answered or explained.This office goes above and beyond to say the least!
