If your lookin for a bank In lafayette don't go here terrible service if you want a bank tht doesn't anything efficiently then don't go here any mobile deposit will take days to clear I to a physical tax check from the government and deposited it in person only took 2 weeks to clear they I was giving a personal check for Christmas and the refused to cash it unless I had the amount of the check in my account but if I deposited it it was gonna take 3 days at least lol place is a joke just go to chase I will make sure I let any and everyone no don't bank here I regret it man

If you want to get your money taken from you every day this is the place congrats you found a place that because they can help or do anything but take your money a young couple can’t eat or clean their clothes guys this is America all they do is take take take and when you call they not authorize to do anything so why you there huh? if you can’t help why you there ??? I could do this stupid shit all online without have people tell me they can’t do shit but take your info and say they going to keep taking money thank first bank your helping the problem if I was you the whole two year with this bank been hell nothing else if you want to have a bank like this congrats you found the joke bank ?? go to horizon they are %1000 better way better take some advice let’s see if I’m going to be able to pay my rent guys working over 40 hours a week and can’t afford my rent because the bank doesn’t do nothing but take take take your shit away

They do everything that Capital One does, they do it better, plus they have something called customer service. They also have branches you can go to. I have had very good experiences at this branch in particular. Highly recommended.

I had to drive an hour to this branch, but after having such a great experience, it was worth it. I was scammed, and my accounts were compromised. Deb was super compassionate and helped me open new accounts. She continued to help me through the process afterward over the phone, and I appreciated it so much!

Received a check in the mail from our insurance from an accident my husband and I were involved in. Tried for 2 days to get this check cashed at a check cashing site and they weren't able to help so we decided to go here and open an account and deposit our check. The " MANAGER " was RUDE off the bat. Telling me the check is fraud when I had all the information needed for said check and even the number for her to call so she could VERIFY it was real. She even tried saying the number I had was fake and didn't want to try to call at all. Said she didn't want to open account or deposit check and that I should just go to another bank! All she had to do was hold check for a few days to see that it was a real check. Went to First Merchants bank and THEY made us an account AND deposited check after VERIFYING it was indeed a REAL check. So, in other words this manager didn't want to just do her JOB and wanted to judge that we were trying to cash a fake check. What a great manager! Will be calling someone to make a verbal complaint as well!
