The best thing about working with Accent Consulting is having them as a dedicated resource when our technology isn't working the way we want it to. Just hiring a new employee comes with a set of tasks - adding them to our network, setting up logins and passwords, installing software, regular updates - that we no longer have to worry about thanks to Accent. In the day-to-day, if we send an email or call with an urgent issue, we get a response within minutes. When we say we need help, we mean it and Accent provides it in a timely manner. Our company just switched to Accent Consulting for our IT requirements. They are very knowledgeable & easy to work with. I had an issue come up where pop up virus alerts were appearing on my computer about every 1 minute! I contacted Accent support and within 10 minutes an SOC Analyst contacted me. He remoted into my computer and knew exactly what to look for. My issue was resolved right away. It's nice to have support that truly helps. Five stars for Accent Consulting & Jasper!

These guys are THE BEST! I would highly recommend them for IT/Networking services across Indiana. They took our outdated system and replaced the things that were broken and worked with us on an affordable solution that met our needs. The technicians are very knowledgeable and explain things well for us non-IT folks. :)
