Placed a pickup order. Guy came out to give me my 4 bags of groceries and and got mad that the bed of my truck already had something in it and was tied down. He then proceeded to come to my passenger side window, knock hard on my window and say “where do you want it”. No hello and certainly not in a kind tone. I said the backseat and he angrily went around my truck out the groceries in and slammed my back door shut. He said “have a good day” in a rude tone as he was already walking away. He then stood outside of the building on his phone for about 5 minutes before going inside - presumably so he could text without getting in trouble.. I get that curbside is not the most fun job to work especially when it’s cold… but some common decency would be nice.

The time spent waiting in line here used to be ridiculously long, BUT now they have a self checkout lane for people who don't any money with them. I go to the line where you pay with money, and there's a real cashier, and the wait time is so much less than it used to be. The prices are good when compared to other nearby grocery stores. The cashiers are usually nice. I wish more places would implement their quarter-cart system.

Ordered groceries on instacart. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup between 3pm-4pm. They didn't start shopping for the order until 4:30. The app said I had until 8pm to pick up. When on my way to go get the groceries at 7pm my order was canceled. I had driven about 20 miles to pick them up. Will never go to this Aldi again.
