“I am a first year plumbing apprentice who asks a lot of questions and can whole heartdley say that my experience inside the store was the best of any supply house in the area. I’m not sure his name I wish I would’ve asked but I believe it was the manager working front counter sat and helped me find every tool I needed and did it with a genuine smile on his face. We spoke about his chemo and I would’ve never known he was going thru any type of serious treatment like that by the way he was acting! Thank you to the Ferguson team and that gentleman specifically. Will be purchasing all my tools from Ferguson from here forward!”
“Our freezer went out that we had in our pantry along with a refrigerator (still works) instead of buying a new small freezer decided to buy a side by side refrigerator that would give us a new refrigerator and freezer, needed a smaller size without water or ice so found one at Lowes went into look at it and they didn't have it and could not order it so decided to go to Grand Appliances talked to Jim Fogarty and I told him what I wanted and he said he could order it for us. So he ordered exactly what I wanted and paid extra to have delivered and the old freezer hauled away. Perfect. Will be return customers again, also had my salt for our dishwasher, that I usually order from Amazon. Great store !!! We thank you Jim Fogarty.”
