Kyle is fantastic. He spent 1 hour getting my phone switched from Staight Talk to AT&T. He is a very knowledgeable, patient and kind employee. He is an asset to AT&T.I'm very appreciative to him.

My husband and I just ordered new Samsung Galaxy A54 phones off our AT&T app. My husbands phone would not update so we took it to the AT&T store in West Lafayette, which is what our app told us to do. We wanted to exchange it for a different phone, same version. The workers there claimed they could not help us with our problem, they said we had to go through Samsung. So we came to the Lafayette store and the worker there, Kyle, immediately helped us. He gave my husband a different phone and made sure it was working properly. He was very helpful, patient and explained things well. He was actually willing to take the time and help us. The next time we have any problems we are definitely going to the Lafayette store and asking for Kyle. Thank you Kyle for your help!

Would not sell a prepaid phone to me, required I set up a new line to get a device. Terrible service from the lady that works mornings here. Pushing away sales to other stores unless u get a line.

We went in to separate our accounts, and while it should be an easy process we left with a bad experience. The manager (not sure what his name was) was short with us when we asked about discounts carrying over. He rudely started to ask if we had any more questions. We explained what our understanding was and he immediately told us in a very condescending tone that we must have misunderstanding because he personally trained all the employees. We went to another At&t store and they helped us.

I recently stopped by to switch carriers as well as upgrade to a new phone. Kyle, the store manager, was very helpful in providing me with the best data plan options for my situation, some of which I was unaware of. Within a few days of purchasing the new phone I experienced a bit of difficulty with data and reception issues. Kyle was able to facilitate a SIM card replacement, which ended up being the solution. Overall, despite some technical issues, the customer service here was fantastic. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to switch to AT&T and/or explore phone and data plan options!
