My wife and I went in to upgrade to new phones, and begin our own plan. Yahir made it happen seamlessly! Great group of knowledgeable individuals. Yahir was able to tell me everything i wanted or needed to know. If he didn't know, the other associates present knew the answers I was looking for. Highly recommend stopping by the store. Will definitely go here from now on.

Dylan was fantastic and the rest of the crew were really helpful too. They fixed my issue almost immediately and will be the only AT&T store I go to from now on.

All three men that were working was great! Yahir started working with and told me my best option to go. I told him I didn’t want to raise my payment. He actually looked and seen that we were on a very OLD plan and that they could switch us and we would be getting unlimited everything for less $$. Then Owen started helping me and finished setting up everything for me. Best experience!

They actually took the time out to solve what seemed to be an impossible problem, I was so happy I wanted to give the employee a hug lol. I went to several other stores btw, I'd give 100 stars if I could.

The AT&T store on Veteran's Memorial Pkwy is a hidden gem in Lafayette IN that offers exceptional service each and every visit. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Dylan is an exceptional employee that works very well with us baby boomers who need guidance in learning the newest technology. These employees are not on commission, so their main goal is not to sell you more services and products. Their main goal is to satisfy you, the customer! They want to help you with any issues or help you learn about the newest products and services.

I knew that AT&T was a dependable carrier. I went to the store that has served me in the past (yes, I foolishly left AT&T at one point) and the staff confirmed my belief in their care and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

I want to.pay my cell bill talked to young man at the store on phone he took my new debit card info it would not be updated for 30days. He said call 611 it impossible to contact someone. Just don't want lose my cell coverage
