I only had one interaction with this dealership because I wanted an estimate on a maintenance service for my Audi Q5. The service woman cut me off twice while I explained my car's issue, argued with me on what exactly my car's service notification said (while I was actively looking at it), and then quoted me a number almost double what I received at a different dealership. It wasn't a good first impression, and I am going to go somewhere else with better customer service.

We had a very positive experience with Audi Lafayette. We needed a second vehicle and had to do a walk in due to being in a rush over the weekend. Garrett was the one who received us at the door and was extremely helpful in narrowing down our focus to looking at the Q-series. He did very well trying to understand our needs and constraints and answered all of our questions, and accommodated us with a great test drive, which allowed us to move forward quickly with deciding on a purchase. We did have to go through a few hours of paperwork, which is always the case for making new purchases anyway and is understandable. I did not feel pressured during any part of the time because we were given plenty of space. Kyle was also very helpful in making sure we understood the terms and conditions when making some choices in the contract. We finished up with a detailed walkthrough in our new vehicle. Again, Garrett was patient, knowledgeable and clear in his communication.
I think this was the best experience one could hope for with a dealership, so thank you for giving me and my family an excellent experience! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an Audi.

Audi Lafayette is top notch. I have worked with Alex for many years and he has always done an amazing job. He went above and beyond on this occassion to find me the car I was looking for at the price I was looking for as well. Kyle in financing was a pleasure to work with as well. I will return to Audi Lafayette the next time I am looking to purchase a car and all things Audi!

You can buy a car anywhere. This difference between all those other places and this dealership is the people. From sales, to the managers, to finance, and even service. Every single person we have dealt with has been amazing, patient, and willing to take the time to make sure we felt valued and appreciated. My family and I have purchased four cars from this dealership in the last year. Absolutely recommend. Special shoutouts to Ostin, Oscar, Garrett, Brett, Kyle, and Stephanie. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would in a heartbeat. I strongly advise against going to this dealership unless you want to be screwed out of your time, money, & vehicle! I purchased 2 November's ago. Within 24 hours my engine was messing up. They replaced the engine with a scrap yard one that had more miles on it than the one I originally purchased- mind you, less than 24 hours prior! Now, a year in a half after purchasing guess what is messing up now!?! TRANSMISSION! Not to mention the 2,500 worth of work I just had to have done to it less than a month ago! This vehicle has been nothing but a money pit. After I got it back from the engine repair I tried to contact Oscar multiple times about bringing it back for a different vehicle since it was having all these issues. He'd ask if I was interested in purchasing another & when I'd make it clear that no, I just wanted my purchase made right- I'd be avoided. I still have all of the messages dating back to my purchase even. looking back, it's sad to see just how badly i was ripped off. im not made of money so I expected 15,000 dollars to go further than a year and a half. Hard lesson learned though. I will NEVER go back! & If I can save any of you your time and money, then at least something good will come out of the situation!
