I really like this auto shop and have used them a few times, and always with wonderful repairs and prices that don't make me feel like I will have to remortgage my home. Along with the wonderful repairs, I really feel like I can trust them with their diagnosing and everything else about the whole process. I won't trust my repairs with anyone else, especially because, as an older woman, I feel that other places are more likely to take advantage of me. The minute I walk into Auto Diagnostics and Repairs, I feel like I am home and it's family working on my car. Trust is a major issue with repair shops, so I always use them.
Thank you Vince for the good communication, repair and trust! My car felt like it was brand new as I was driving it home! 😊

I have been using Auto Diagnostics for years for oil changes to major repairs such as brakes. They are professional, reasonably priced, and most important honest. I highly recommend them.

A descent service for the money , but took car mainly to have transmission diagnosed . Tried to sell us spark plugs and intake decarbonization at a price of over $900 plus the $150 diagnosis . Took to a different shop and was diagnosed with bad transmission with visual proof . The other shop filed all the warranty paperwork , replaced the transmission for $1000 out of pocket with a 3yr unlimited mileage warranty on their work. Everything works great now . Will not be going back to Auto Diagnostic.

Dave, Vince and team are superb at auto diagnostics and repair. My vehicle is 13 years old and they have continued to help keep me on the road. Necessary repairs were completed timely, and never require return for the same problem. Trustworthy pleasant and just great guys at Auto Diagnostic and repair!

Great communication. Feared I needed a new alternator but instead it was a bad battery sold to me by AAA and corroded post. A tow truck driver told me I made a great decision to choose Auto Diagnostics. I agree and I’ll go to them next time I have an issue with my truck. Thank you!

Vince and the Auto Diagnostic team are seriously great to work with! After encountering a transmission leak, they were able to get my vehicle in quickly, found the issue, and got it repaired. Vince communicated with me each step of the way to let me know what was going on. I cannot recommend them enough!

Very happy with this service. Vince was a delight !
They got my car and inspected it and got it fixed in A very short amount of time.
The pricing was great and as expected.
They were very kind and very reassuring, which is exactly what I needed ! Someone to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle how much it would cost how long it would take to fix it and guarantee it would be fixed!
This place did just that, While making me comfortable.
I also slept in their waiting room while they did my first test on my car and they did not disturb me lol
I work thirds so getting it there was hard.
This is the exact place I needed to go to the first time my car had issues
I will definitely be coming back because I know of them now and I am very thankful
I am a single mother with a child living alone and have no support this place and the people did not take advantage of my situation, which was very helpful and I thank them forever because this was The biggest headache for me.

The reassuring that it would be fixed at the end with the amount they promised was just the best. So they worked with my schedule which was helpful.
And the willing to want to fix it was a plus!
So many places act like they don’t want to help and don’t want to fix your car and can’t guarantee that they will fix your car
I am so happy that I got all of this from this company.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM to be looked at. I accidentally dropped it off at the wrong shop which was one block away. When I came back at the end of closing same day, the vehicle already been towed and cost me $350. I went to talk to them the next morning, and there was no sympathy or I’m sorry.
